The location looks like a suburban area. Not far away to the train station, but inconvenient to any major attraction. Very small room will old facility. The toilet and shower are in different units which makes each of them extremely small and inconvenient. The bed is very old: a lot of noise when sitting on the bed. The front desk staffs are not friendly: we (three families) arrived in around noon but were unable to check-in: we were simply told that the check-in time is 3:00pm and we needed to wait. We requested to have 1 of our 3 rooms first for storing our luggage, but were not allowed. We went out to have lunch and came back at 2:50pm. But we were still unable to check in. The check in opened exactly at 3:00pm with many people waiting in the lines. Obviously they have rooms available but refused to provide any flexibility/convenience to the customers. Besides, the staffs' attitudes are very cold.

Actually felt insecure there

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center. The room is large, very clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff is very friendly. You can reserve parking in advance, which is cheaper than on site.

Used when going to the Christmas market in Cologne. It was a short walk from the station. The person at the front desk was kind. There was Haribo service.

飯店位置在民居對面，可以聽到對面住戶談話聲音。房間寬敞提供膠囊咖啡，床頭還有好吃的HARIBO小熊軟糖，附近有超市可以買飲用水和水果，房價雖然有點高我們還能接受。

工作人員超級友善！提前幫我們辦了入住，並且耐心回答了很多問題～ 房間雖然不算大但是很乾凈～ 從車站走過來大概要十多分鐘～我們行李不多還行

We booked the Hamm Hotel near Koblenz train station for an evening with friends. It was just a few minutes' walk from the train station and easy to reach using public transport. Small, spread over several floors, we found a clean but fairly spacious room. Carpet and walls were partly dirty but functional, everything was OK for a short night. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast (€12) so can't comment on it. The price (€89/night/room) is probably good regardless of whether you're staying as a couple or alone. Recommended for a short stay.
