Excellent parking service. But the lady that guides us to the room is too rushed and just want to finish as soon as she can. Hope such service can be improved in future.

I visited Kochi on a short trip. It was a wonderful two night stay. The hotel has a large public bath, sauna, and open-air bath on the roof, so it was very comfortable.

The hotel's tatami rooms are spacious and clean, and the sashimi for dinner is too large to finish. A very cost-effective 10-course set meal. When I moved in in early March, the cherry blossoms in the courtyard were already in bloom.

The service is attentive and meticulous, the bathhouse is clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The hot spring was good

今回平日なのに周りのホテルが高くて同じくらい出すなら、ということでここに決定。 部屋は洋室か和室か未定だったので分からず、初めて一人で和室に。 綺麗な部屋で広い、いや一人では広すぎるかも。 トイレと風呂は別の部屋。にもかかわらず広い。 他のホテルと違うのは、ポットにお湯が入ってる状態でもう一つ冷水も用意してある。 エレベーターの隣に階段がある。火事の時など分かりやすい。 駐車場からいったん出してもらい帰ってきたら覚えていた。ナンバーが同じでしたのでと。脱帽です。 悪い所はないのかというと、トイレの手を洗うところの下の水道管が汚れかさびがあり残念。使用すると目立つ所なので要改善。 おすすめのホテルです。

ひろめ市場へのアクセスも良く、朝ごはん、スタッフの方々の対応、お風呂、全て良かったです！ お部屋に到着後の説明をしてくださった方がとても丁寧で好印象でした。初めて高知を訪れましたがここの宿にして良かったです♡母も大喜びでした！

The hot spring felt great! The futon was fluffy and the food was delicious! I had children with me, but the people at the inn were very kind and we had a great day!

I used it for my wedding anniversary. For dinner, I went to the nearby Hirome Market to eat three seared bonito restaurants and ate too much, and after returning to the hotel around 8pm, I developed a bonito allergy. This was the first time I'd ever had a bonito allergy, but I developed hives all over my body and had breathing problems, and it didn't seem to be going away, so I asked the front desk to arrange an ambulance. Fortunately, I was able to recover with intravenous drip and was able to leave the hospital after 11pm. I was wondering how to get back to the hotel, but to my surprise, the hotel staff had been waiting for me at the hospital the entire time and gave me a ride. When I checked out the next day, the front desk staff was concerned about my health and called out to me. I am truly grateful to all the hotel staff for their kindness. thank you very much. Everything about the hotel, including its atmosphere and cleanliness, was great. I want to use it again.

I used it on a final family trip with my mother, who was told by doctors that she only had one month to live. This was the inn where my parents stayed on their honeymoon. When I informed the inn of this in advance, they upgraded my room to a special room, and at dinner they took a commemorative photo and framed it for me as a gift. I was impressed by the attention to detail and said, ``This is the best inn in Kochi, a long-established hotel that is used even by His Majesty the Emperor.'' What impressed me most was the straw-grilled bonito tataki! I was very impressed and thought, “There is such delicious seared bonito!” I thought that I couldn't eat bonito without ponzu sauce and seasonings, but the bonito here only needed salt. The staff member who served us dinner was also a woman with a very nice smile who provided pleasant service. I made some very good memories. thank you very much.

There was a free cold yuzu tea at the entrance of the hot spring, which was very delicious. Massage machine was free. There was cold tea and baumkuchen in the room and it was delicious. There was a small kids space next to the front desk. There were chairs and spoons for children at the breakfast venue, which was nice. A disposable bib would have been better. The corn flakes for breakfast were so disappointing. It's right in front of the tram station, so it's good for transportation.

First trip to Kochi. Since we are renting a car, we stayed at this convenient place with a parking lot. It is also convenient for riding the Tosaden. Harimaya Bridge and the market are also nearby, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. The room was old but comfortable and relaxing. Because there is a large public bath, I was able to take a bath slowly. The view of Kochi Castle from the hot spring is also wonderful. The yuzu tea I drank after taking a bath was also delicious and I liked it so much that I bought it as a souvenir. The breakfast was also delicious, especially Kochi's famous sweet potato tempura, which was so delicious that I ate many of them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it is located in the city, the room had been renovated and was very comfortable. The searchlights at Kochi Castle were also interesting. The hot water was also relaxing.
