the staff was good. the room is neat and clean. but we got a room which had air conditioning problem but then later that day they changed our room. overall it was a good experience.

Over all quiet ok, room service is not good, today morning around 45mts we suffered for water, there is no basic complimentary items provided like toothbrush, paste etc.

The location of the hotel is good, lots of restaurants near by, good service at the hotel but the rooms are not the best. The bedspreads and towels are stained, the room we stayed in had to lizards, and was very damp no sure circulation at all. If you open the windows then you get a lot of mosquitos inside.

The hotel was neat and clean and near to the fort kochi jetty and kathakali centre. However, i wish it was nearer to the main centre like the beach, st francis basilica etcetera. Also, the service of the staff needs improvement. Overall, it could be better given the price
