The room is good in hill palace but i felt lighting is a bit low and which could be improved. The food is not good. On the first day, vegetables aren’t cooked properly. I would recommend you to have dinner outside. Hot water is not working and bath tub is faulty. If all these things are fixed, it could be a good stay.

The room alloted for me was good clean and super. And also the breakfast included with the stay was also good.Me and my mother loved the ambience and moreover the kind behaviour of the staffs and receptionist ,they were very friendly 🤗
And next whenever I had to visit there,I would surely book this hotel for sure😌😌

Exceptional stay! the rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Perfect location with stunning views. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

right from the welcome to the exit the experience has been horrible. there was no one to direct us where to go.. no one to pick the luggage.. the guy who sat at the reception was unwelcoming.. then after receiving the key we took our luggage by our own and went to the room.. room was not near.. next day.. i asked for iron box which was damaged which they brought after 2-3 reminder call.. not at all responsive and no feel to apologise.. breakfast buffet was horrible.. nothing was being filled and they did after long delays … over all it was the messy stay i have ever had.. i will never go back to this hotel and would not recommend anyone to this..

The hotel location & buffet is decent but rooms are very old and in bad shape. Pipes water outlet not working at all. Staff is clueless how to help

It was a short stay. The receptionist was non cooperative and indifferent. I have to repeatedly asking of assistance. Hot water not available. Toiletries and other amenities provided only for one out of two occupants.

This property is located in thripunithura. Near by metro station is available so it is easy to access. The rooms and surroundings are clean and well maintained and was a comfort stay
