It’s Okay, we were there and n the middle of summer, and payed extra for the AC. Close to Kathakali centre and restaurants

This couple are two very nice persons, they were helpfull for all and welcome us very well.

You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning

I was very disappointed after reading the reviews i thought i was going to a beatiful homestay what a SHOCK we got.... the place smelt like an open sewer the toilet DISGUSTING the shower HORRIBLE the Beds well i sat up all night and wouldnt sleep in it waiting for morning to arrive so i could find somewhere Clean for us to stay . The place covered in MOSQUITOS inside and out .the owner also singing at 3 in the morning this is the WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED there is no reception just their living room or fitness room

A very friendly welcome to Kerala for ourselves and 6 year old son. Our hosts were so kind and friendly, lots of useful advice on prices, where to eat to avoid tourist traps and things to do. I was even whizzed around on the family scooter in search of working atms before we left for the south. There is a big terrace, with functional chairs and a few spots on the balconies with sofas for relaxing. Rooms were simple and clean and great ac. Ask for a room with windows that open.

I stayed at dream catcher for one week,the hosts sally and Fernandez were very welcoming and great hosts . A central location meant all the attractions in kochi were within walking distance.I would highly recommend visiting them .clean rooms very good owner and wife , Mr Bernard helps any time to we order , Highly recommend and my back trip to London he arranged taxi in the mid night,

Good location and very friendly owner. Very near to city centre.Good prize for this service.The *** always helped different guesons. Coffee and tea is free. Very clean rooms. Hot water in shower. Comfortable bed. The room has a fan. Thank you so much!

Amazing welcome by Bernard. Warm, friendly and genuine. I booked a small, cheap room and was upgraded to a larger, more superior room at no extra cost. Bed was super comfortable. Bernard was so helpful - giving information on the are; booking taxi. Would certainly stay at Dream Catcher again when back in the area.

i'm quite easy and my standart is low, but i like it autentic and honest! this place was Overpriced, not clean, misleading information. so I wonder how it can come to such a review, probably fake! Although I paid a higher price, to get a more comfort. it was a super small room without storage possibilities. the bathroom does not get cleaned, I saw it with my own eyes when checking out. hair in the drain, toothpaste traces, dirty bathroom walls. cups are dirty etc. no breakfast although breakfast is mentioned in the description, but then not in the equipment 😉. actually everything that is mentioned in the description is not true. you think the neighbors are standing in the bathroom it's so badly soundprooft, the bedding was dirty etc. I left after a night and had to pay half the price of 5 days. the owner was quite nice band helpfull, the only good thing

We had an amazing couple days stay at Dream Catcher! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the showers were hot! Bernard was so friendly and such a big help, told us so much information about what there is to do and how is best to get around and always provided us with coffee on the morning :) I would definitely stay again!

Bernard and his family are very kind, welcoming, and so incredibly helpful. I was only in kochi for 2 nights but thanks to them, I managed to run some errands and see all the main attractions (lots to do in walking distance). The room was very clean with a comfy big bed, excellent Wi-Fi, strong ceiling fan, and powerful hot shower. I felt very safe walking around the area, even at night, and it is very quiet (you can forget you’re in the middle of a city!). I’m so happy I picked dream catcher and you will be too 😊

Dreamcatcher Homestay it was beautiful An all round good experience for a bugdet travellor like me. Rooms were good. The hosts bernard fernandaz uncle & Family are incredibly sweet and helpful with everything and the location is close to the happenings of the city. 10/10 will visit again with my friends Thank you uncle ❤️👍

Not friendly house owner, Much better places near by.. Not recommended for even small group. We checked in and checked out with in 30 mints and took another room nearby.. how this facility got such good review is beyond my understanding..
