Very comfortable and friendly homestay. Spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery in a quiet spot that's very central and a walk away from the seafront. Preethy could not have been more helpful. The room had two sets of plugpoints, many places to hang things, and a dressing table and stool, with a lovely little shady balcony among the trees to sit out on. Breakfast is extra but worth paying the extra for, as it's generous and tasty. Highly recommended.

This small storey house is located in a cul-de-sac in Fort Kochin. Welcomed into a family who was able to respond to our needs and questions. Her name is Preethy which means Joy and his name is Joy... it's as simple as pie! They have two daughters. I am very satisfied with our choice. Comfortable room. Flowered roof terrace for breakfast available if needed. Very relaxing place after the noise and tumult of the cities. Within walking distance of several points of historical and religious interest to visit. Numerous museums, restaurants, possible tuk-tuk ride (they are everywhere) for a tour of the monuments. Proposal for show packages, “backwaters”, cuisine, etc. by the house and which are announced by a poster on the wall because here discretion is in the spotlight. We will not ask you. I highly recommend this house.

I visited them twice and was delighted each time. The rooms are clean and spacious, the welcome is warm, the price is very correct, and the owners are always available to answer our questions. I totally recommend this place.

A very nice homestay with nice clean room at a very reasonable price (one of the best value for money that I saw since I am in India). The location is ideal to visit kochi everything is at walking distance. Owner was really helpful we leaved on th 31st of Dec and it was very difficult to book a taxi but she found a good solution ( and she spent a lot of time). Only negative point was the breakfast it was limited to only rice noodles and banana but it was only 150 inr so it remain correct.

The most peaceful and clean hometay we have had.The family were incredible, very helpful and generous! Highly recommend.. An extravagant welcome by the family with memories to bequeath. Warmth as a blanket their words were.. Wanted to stay back as the stay feels home away from home.. Thanks to the family for being kind and helpful..

Сверх внимательные и радушные хозяева, номера чистые и с вентиляторами и кондеем. Очень близко пешком все местные достопримечательности. Хозяева готовят великолепный завтрак и могут приготовить обед или ужин по заказу. Super attentive and friendly hosts, the rooms are clean and with fans and air conditioning. Very close on foot to all the local attractions. The hosts prepare a great breakfast and can prepare lunch or dinner on request.
