I recently stayed at the hotel, and while the room was spacious and comfortable, my experience during breakfast left a bit to be desired. Most of the staff were well-behaved and professional. However, the staff member in the restaurant during breakfast was not as pleasant. She was shouting at the bearer boys for some reason, which felt unprofessional and likely made them uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which made the breakfast-inclusive package feel like it wasn’t worth the cost. I would recommend the hotel for its room quality but suggest improvements in the restaurant service and breakfast variety.

Room, bathroom, bedspread, toilet, towels, everything was clean. Only issue is the size of tv, which is small. Since i was on an official trip, this was not bothering me

I recently stayed at hotel presidency and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally neat and clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The only downside was that the tv in my room was not working properly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor issue, i would still recommend hotel presidency for its cleanliness and excellent service.

Wonderful experience from check-in to checkout. Good staff and the property tooo well maintained. Certainly would stay whenever am on my visit to Kochi!!! Most imp is the prime location which is very close to Kochi north railway station. I would suggest anyone who’s visiting Kochi to have a look at this property for the their stay. Can guarantee won’t be disappointed.
