Stay is overall good experience. Room is very clean. Kettle for making tea. Booked for 3 people. But received only two people accomodation.

I had to pay extra for an early check-in. The shower didn't work at all. I couldn't open the room windows as the knob was not there. It was broken and removed. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Travelled to Kochin twice in the same year and stayed here both the times, they have quite amazing rooms, the staff are very humble staff and the complimentary breakfast is amazing !!! Different menu each day, with a mix of two Cuisine or more.

Short stay for 3 days and had a positive experience. I had dinner at the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was delicious. Good shower and ac. Hotel is good for business travellers, not so much for tourists

Terrible experience. Lot of restrictions. They instructed outside food is not allowed. But kitchen closes at 10. 30 pm. Seems like a hostel not hotel. Though they claim as 4 star hotel. Location is good. Facility is neat and clean

Great stay and experience ………… Rooms are quite spacious…… Charudathan and his team at diner took good care…………………Adarsh being one of them Dev at the front desk was really helpful and supportive……………… Also the environment is quite peaceful and calm
