Really recommend, so beautiful landscape and pool,

Good service

The overall experience was satisfactory, but there were several areas that could be significantly improved. The room facilities fell short of expectations, and the water provided at the property was locally manufactured, which felt subpar for the standard of the hotel. Additionally, the taxi service could benefit from better quality control—while the in-house cabs are limited, the external taxi vendors used need to be vetted for better service and reliability. Another point of concern is the behavior of the staff at the pool. They could have been more friendly and welcoming, which would greatly enhance the guest experience. Similarly, the restaurant staff repeatedly asking for the room number during each visit became uncomfortable and intrusive, almost giving the impression of mistrust. This practice should be reconsidered to ensure a more seamless dining experience. Additionally, it would be far more convenient if the bill could be settled at the restaurant itself, rather than having the staff come to the room after every meal to get signatures. Regarding housekeeping, the cleaning staff were overly chatty, which detracted from their efficiency. It would be appreciated if they could focus more on their work with minimal distractions. Lastly, while most services were decent, the reception staff on the day shift need to be more attentive to customer requests. There was a mix-up with my taxi booking, which could have been avoided with better communication and note-taking. Furthermore, the rooms listed on the Wyndham website and MakeMyTrip do not match the actual description and quality of the rooms provided at the property, which was disappointing.

Stay at Ramada was an average experience.Room was not clean.It looked and felt old.There was cockroach inside bathroom which was our first experience in a premium hotel.Pool experience and backwater view from room balcony was good.Service from the restaurant guys was nice. Overall stay is not as worth as the money charged. Caution : If you order tea as room service, be ready to shell out 250rs per tea. We didn't see this coming as there was no menu card inside the room.

Overall, I Love the experience. Ramada Resort by wyndham Kochi The hotel was impeccably clean, and our room had a beautiful pool view. The staff were incredibly friendly and special thanks to Ms meera accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the pool area, which was well-maintained and relaxing.

Very good facilities provided...maintained swimming pool...sports activities and all...very good...food provided was healthy...room services are very good....beautiful gardens...enough space to play cricket football etc...very nice ramada resort

The experience was excellent. The food was delicious, especially at the multi-cuisine restaurant, Fennel. The staff provided outstanding service, being friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful lake view that added to the peaceful ambiance. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend the resort for its great food, service, and serene environment.

big resort and a very peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. booked a king size Lakeview room which had a beautiful view and even got a pool bar and even inside bar as well.. room service and food were soo good as well. Easy check in and checkout as well.
