The lobby area smells of public urinary. The room has a lot of mosquitoes in the late evening. The female staff comes in your room without your consent. The staff is extremely rude and not hospitable at all. They mention of going in rooms and pushing our guests if they won’t checkout. They have a dog at the entrance of high barks continuously till 3:00am. The lights are on so do not take the time 101 room no. I don’t even wan get started with the breakfast quality. It’s just not worth it. The staff to be given training on hospitality, a suggestion.

This Zostel wasn't well maintained, compared to other Zostels. Bathrooms were not cleaned, the previous occupants things were still there, there were ants in the bathrooms, the bedsheets had little stains on them too. The common room can only be described as dingy. While early check in might not be possible, a clean washroom to freshen up and a clean bed would be appreciated. The staff weren't too helpful and weren't aware of local tourist or trekking spots either. Also, there are fixed timings for hot water and if you need to shower some other time then you have to tell them an hour before. The food was okay but quite pricey. The choice of property wasn't good as it didn't offer much for a view.
