Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage

1. No place to sit and discuss 2. No dinning place 3. Worst complementary food 4. Bedsheets not cleaned properly 5. No proper hot water on day one 6. No place for camp fire 7. faced communication issue, it’s better to have proper reception people with English language. 8. Day one breakfast was not received on time 9. Ambience were poor 10. No soaps/Brush/toothpaste were provided

The stay was pleasant, the hotel is situated outside the main city 10kms from city centre in the middle of a coffee plantation. The caretaker Kanchi is really sweet lady and ensures you have a pleasant stay.

Awesome stay for 3days.Room is kept clean and staff is so humble and responsive. most importantly amazing view from the room. One minus is food is not available at the hotel,need to travel for it or it should be ordered.

Awesome property in the lap of nature,well maintained rooms, neat and clean hygiene rooms, good breakfast and dinner was provided, special thanks to cook saraswathi, caretaker Sagar will be available all time, house keeping staff did their job promptly,i loved the place, will visit again shortly, Kudos jammabane

Very good location and room is very clean bathroom is very clean, good breakfast good dinner, enjoyed the nature ,you can go a plantation walk,pls inform caretaker Sagar while you go a walk, service is good,hot water is available 24 hours,car parking area is good,will visit again

We loved the stay, stayed for 5 days,had good breakfast, clean room, good lenins,hot water, internet,tv, good service,hotel located in a coffee estate, surrounding is greenary, very calm place,for nearby places we engaged two wheeler from Coorg zoom byke,loved caretaker sagars behaviour,will visit again.

I would say the property is good, however the room provided to us was a bit on the shabby side. Our room didn't have hot water coming from the shower, we were told this is the same for the rest, I am doubtful of that. We were given separate room from the rest with an ok view even though we had booked the Deluxe Room, while the rest had rooms with Glass door and on the first floor. But the Caretaker was very helpful and the view was good even though the owner tried to stiff on the room cause we were bachelor's and the cottages are meant for couples.

We had stayed in this cottage for 3 nights and overall property experience was good, but there is no proper room service. Property is so isolated which is great thing but wont recommend for solo travellers who are planning for long stay. There is only on caretaker Kanchi from Nepal who barely understands any language and its very difficult to get things done. Owner never answered our call for any help. Rooms were clean but didnt get fresh bedsheet and blanket throughout our stay for 3 days. This property needs to increase staff and should have basic kitchen to get at least hot water. In monsoon dont expect hot water :\

They mentioned bfast including but they will charge again. Power not they whole night. We are very dissatisfied in this guesthouse No one is there to respond. Improve in service and who are maintaining
