It was a nice stay, good place, well behaved staffs. The food was good and we had poori, egg and coffee. Overall we has an amazing time.

Nice stay with family good ambience and they have a pool and games area. They served free tea for the evening. Good hospitality. Good rooms but it's in outer part of coorg

Resort and private villa with the pool is good but not worth for the price which i paid and they should have more activities in the resort and there’s nothing much to explore for kids other than swimming pool and that needs to be improved. If you get a better deal and it can be tried.

Location is nice full of greenery rooms are clean and good. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Most of the staff behaviour is humble and helpful. Improvement 1. Service need to be improved, out of 5 i will rate 3 to you. 2. Food - i ordered jira aloo in dinner and food served was not fresh and smelly. Whatever i ordered from restaurant didn't like the food. 3. Walking pathway can be improved.

Good location. Close to most tourist attractions. Amazing food. Very good staff. Good hospitality. Again very nice, kind staff. Private pool villa needs privacy.

Power cut all time, there was no water in the morning to take bath and brush. Spoiled food in the night, morning breakfast was cold and items were hard. The room showed in the pic was not provided. It was not worth for the amount paid.

We were forced orced to check out from gokulam grand resort and spa, coorg within one day due to lousy services at hotel. There was hot water issues in the morning, my wife was in bath room mid way of taking bath and even after waiting for 90 minutes, hot water issues was not resolved nor we were not even given hot water through buckets at least. The front office staff were not even courteous to call back and update, we were forced to call more then 10 times to them. We had planned for an family holiday after long time and have to go through this worst service & mental agony. We were forced to check out of the hotel on 6th may at 9. 29 am as per attached document and request you to arrange for refund amount hence we strongly recommend you to block-list this property in your recommendation

Very good property, infrastructure & indoor setup is excellent. Staff/service is commendable, further improvement possible in veg food menu. Overall * experience.
