The property was neat and clean. Rooms were clean but had a little bit of moisture smell in them. Housekeeping services are good. Amenities are good. Pool was clean (outdoor; not heated. Restaurant was decent but expensive. Buffet has good variety but taste could be improved a bit.

We stayed for 2 days in villa plus jacuzzi. Booking, check-in, check-out, vrything was smooth. Renovation is still going on as property recently aquired by gokulam and work going on. Ample parking space and property is not far from main road. Few activities like foosball, air hockey, carroms, health club but equipments are new and big- not mini ones. We saw large groups enjoying pool, activities evryday. So definitely it will suit for everyone. Staff was very polite and always available. Food is good and staff will cook as per our requirement if buffuet does not suffice. Highlight was the villa- its secure and private with own pool (4ft deep)and jacuzzi- definitely good for small parties and toddlers rooms are big, beds kingsize, big bathrooms, even bathtub is kingsize. We availed hotel taxi to madikeri and nearby spots and it was comfortable(tata safari) and resonable. Wi-fi is available and useful as some places have low network. One prblm we faced was when generator switches, full power goes down for a minute, but they may sort out. So if you are looking for a grand stay at reasobable rate, go for it.

Stay was superb, the way they are going to welcome us and the hospitality they are going to provide everything was good but the thing is they need to improve the food quality and quantity, they charge high rate but taste is not up to the mark and the quantity also, other than food there is point in not considering this resort.
