Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Food at heritage resort is delicious. Swimming experience, perfect location and top notch hospitality made our stay memorable. Thank you heritage resort coorg and make my trip for amazing experience.

The location is good, cottages are well maintained and stay was comfortable. Amenities were limited, could have included more amenities. Also limited options for food in the buffet. If you order by a la carte, prices are quite high. The food was cold in the buffet.

Pros- extremely humble and helpful staff, clean rooms and good food with good spread. Cons - however the major disappointment was in-spite of paying 20k per night (paid extra for superior room at a greater height) we were denied the superior room. All extra activities are chargeable. Cycles are not available for cycling. No wifi, no smart tv. The promises made before booking were not fulfilled. Overpriced place. Had expected much more for the price. But disappointed

A nice resort to peacefully spent a weekend. Well maintained landscape and neat room and good restaurant. The staff is friendly and ready to help. When it rains the place gets a charm and the view of the hills with mist floating around is worth a watch especially from the pool. Nearby activities-being just 8-9 kms from city centre it’s easy to access places in and around madikeri. However it may not be safe to move around outside the resort at night as the roads don’t have street lights and these roads being narrow. Food and drinks-the restaurant is decent but dishes are priced slightly higher but did not meet the expectations. Not just at restaurants but the resort does not entertain outside food or drinks.
