We had good experience at the report. Rooms were well maintained , amazing food, staffs were very friendly and co-operative. We enjoyed the activities as well. This property has a conference hall as well and all the corporate meetings can be organised. We highly recommend this property.

One of the nicest resorts I have been to - the customer service was exceptional, the food was incredibly tasty. The facilities were well maintained and the scenic setting calmed the spirits. The activities such as paddle boarding and rafting on the Cauvery were lovely and opportunity for early morning walks in the cool misty conditions through the well laid out pathways were a balm to any troubles soul. The sunset over the pool was a breathtaking sight. I loved it and enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

We went with a team of 90 people for Team building activity. Excellent resort, well maintained. Food is so nice, Staffs were all very supportive. Special thanks to Shilpa and Sanjith for handling the crowd. This is the first time we got positive feed back from all our colleagues. In June, me and my family decided to take a trip down south. Coorg was also in our itinerary. We booked two Den Cottages for 3 nights in this beautiful resort. Firstly, the resort makes you feel real close to the nature as the river Kaveri flows just next to it & the resort is situated in the midst of lush green terrain. The rooms given to us were very spacious & gave a very royal cottage feel but the bathrooms were very basic one. There are various activities that the resort organizes (both free & paid) for adults as well as for kids in case you just want to sit back & relax at the resort. Secondly, the staff at this resort is one of the most courteous & attentive that i have seen on my numerous trips to different destinations. Any issue you have & they are more than ready to help to make your stay more comfortable & worry free at this resort. The food here tastes great & although they have a limited menu at the restaurant, they always take care of any special requests regarding the dishes you want to order. My entire family had a really great time at the resort although there were minor issues regarding the hot water & wi-fi connectivity at the resort. The staff here ensured that whatever minor issues that we faced were taken care of & it only made their hospitality more visible. It surely is a hidden gem situated right in the midst of the natural greenery. I would surely love to come back to this beautiful resort as & when I get a chance to visit Coorg again.
