Poor service . Worst service. Google map location showing somewhere else. Not showing exact location. No parking facility. Photo shows some other building. But we stayed in some other building. No towel . No soap in room. Water is not there in tap.

Room wise ok good. But bathroom very bad. All taps are damaged, tiles very dirty, shower not working, hand shower not working. Kitchen area also taps not working. We find the location too much of time. 12 o'clock only we reached. No name board, reception not attend my call in night time.

Spring valley residency power supply problem, water heater not working, manager asking extra amount very bad hotel. Wash room flesher not assembly

Bathroom tap not working wash basin tap not working, kitchen was there after coming from outside, the pipe was disconnected in kitchen and water was all over. The staffs didn't even come to check that even after reporting.

This is not suitable for families. It's a cottage. After 9pm they will not pick up our calls. Terrible experience

I was found from this room make my trip we are three guests two adults one child i booked for three person but there give only one double coat they told you need additional bed for children that will make extra charge not give wifi, soap and shampoo, and also not give bottle water

One of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Pointing a few of many examples of pathetic service 1. Gave a different room than what we booked saying the rooms we booked were full which doesn't make sense 2. We had opted for an extra bed which they gave when we asked but without any sheets. When asked, they said, only bed is given, not sheets. First time hearing such an absurd thing 3. No drinking water was provided - we expected to get hot drinking water considering the cold climate of Kodaikanal, but we were left with no water 😂 4. Bathroom smell was pathetic, no towels, soap etc... many more experience was there, don't wanna type the whole thing
