Stayed for 2 nights , the view and resort is amazing .its very much kids friendly and the play room has many games where kids can enjoy. We used the night safari and Nagraj was so helpful and kind to assist us with his polite and helping nature always smiling 😊. The buggy service was very prompt and we never waited even a minute to get the service , Raja and Netaji we very prompt and also at the time it was raining they offered the service promptly. Not the less but the security at reception I would like take his name Sravan Kumar was so prompt handling all the guest as it was full rush due to vacation and weekend. Enjoyed the services and our stay and leaving with sweet memories.

The property is vast, and has large rooms. I had stayed in a triple bed occupancy with my family. Room quality is average. They have neatly maintained their gardens and the food was good. Location is near to city centre. While you stay there, beware of the following things: (1) The hot water is available from 6AM to 10 AM in the morning and 6 PM to 10PM in the Evening. They terminate the power supply to the individual geysers to every room beyond these timings. It is really difficult during winters to use the Wash Room in the night time. In case of power cut during the stipulated timings, they do not even have a backup genset, and you will have to adjust with the cold water. The entire property runs only on an inverter backup, that does not support running of Heaters (2) They provide only Breakfast and Dinner. Lunch is not offered. Even Coffee/Tea is available only after 4pm (3) Room Heater is charged extra, and no Air conditioning is provided in the room for the tariff charged (4) In case you are conscious about the taxes charged, payments have to be done in cash Overall, the management is not professional and does not seem to care for the above inconveniences even after flagging.

Great place as always. Have been here a decade ago and the place is still as fresh and hospitable as it was years ago. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The owner Srinath uncle is very considerate and as always made our stay a very comfortable one. Will definitely recommend to other travellers.

I stayed in the superior balcony view with great view and big room, service provided was good but slow, would like to suggest them to be there on a ring away otherwise I would highly suggest this for all the couple travellers as it is calm locality with a beautiful view.
