Very clean and comfortable. Fully-stocked kitchen. Loved the available washer/dryer. Nice neighborhood and views. Great photo ops from the rocky beach at low tide. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious, well stocked and in a great location. We watched the otters play from the shoreline. There was a pair of golden eagles nesting in the tree next door. They were on a stump right outside the back door on our last morning.

Beautiful location
Very nice place! Clean, well stocked and the perfect location. We walked out to the beach every morning to play in the tide pools and watch the wildlife. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. Great place. It had everything. Comfy bed. Great kitchen. Large bathroom. Loved that it had a washer and dryer.

Perfect
Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.

Good Find!
Nice, comfortable property with everything that you need. Nice to be on the water and close to town as well! Recommended and would stay here again!
