Kind and welcome Staff Nice room and facilities and not far from center and the road still easy to ride motorbike Have too many restaurant around there But the Ac at my room is quite hot and celling fan make noise all the time

It was such a pleasant stay located in Kaibae which is my favorite area when I stay in Koh chang. The price is too good to be real comparing to what you get, free breakfast, clean nice budget room, very polite staff, great location, 4 pools in the property?? It's just insane to me!!

Staff were lovely and our room was cleaned daily. No complaints from our stay 🩷 Weve stayed around the island and this was our top location so far. Lots to do and many places to eat nearby thank you

The room was spacious, stylish decorated, and very comfortable bed, including all the essentials. Its central location, along with a awesome swimming pool The staff were helpful, . This hotel offers excellent value for money. In comparison, a nearby sanook sanang resort only provides basic, camping-style rooms for a similar price, often with issues related to cleanliness and insects.

Nice place.need a bit of upgrade for rooms.reduce the noise of AC(maybe in sone rooms) the location is good in island. Staff excelent.a bit upgrade in breakfast would be awesome also

Hotel in the center of the bay. Everything is nearby. 10 minutes to the sea. Pools on site. Clean.

This hotel is suitable for people with limited budget. There are very few Chinese people living here. Most of them are backpackers and foreigners. The disadvantage is that there is no kettle, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The advantage is that it is close to the dining area and is a very busy street.

The first time I came to Koh Chang, I was extremely impressed. The hotel was very easy to find, right on the road. The service was the best I've ever stayed at, out of hundreds of thousands of hotels. The rooms were clean and private. The swimming pool was spacious, making this trip a relaxing one. I wanted to come back again.

The smell of the pipes in the bathroom was a bit too strong. The balcony floor was very slippery when it got wet. They should have scrubbed the floor. I was a bit shocked by the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the hotel's concept or if it's not finished yet. The air conditioner wasn't very cool, but it was good that there was a ceiling fan. In the morning, I don't know how the housekeeper pressed the code to enter the room. The staff were lovely and the location was very good. I will go back to use the service again.

The accommodation is very good, with all the conveniences. The staff is lovely and gives good advice. It's a simple and relaxing trip. The restaurants in the area are delicious. The accommodation itself has a good atmosphere. The room is clean and I slept very well. I will definitely go again if I have a chance.
