From the experience of staying at Klong Prao Resort, it is a very good hotel. The food is delicious, the staff are lovely and the rooms are very clean.
If I had the opportunity to travel to Koh Chang again, I would probably stay at the same hotel.

We had booked a standard room, when we checked in we complained that the whole room smelled of urine.
The staff justified this by saying that we had booked the room (online). Even after we said that we couldn't know what the room smelled like if we booked online, we only got the unhelpful answer that we could book one for an additional charge could have another room.
However, that wasn't possible because all the rooms were supposedly fully booked, even though we could have booked another room straight away on various online platforms.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the beach.
Even though other guests have written that the staff are helpful and friendly, we unfortunately cannot confirm this.
We cannot recommend this hotel for holidaymakers who want to spend a relaxing holiday for the reasons mentioned above.
