Dinso Resort & Villas Ko Chang, Vignette Collection by IHG

This is my second time here. Last year, I stayed with my dog, and this year I came with friends to relax. The service and hygiene are just as good as last year. They even added a glass enclosure around the pool! I felt the breakfast wasn't as good as last year, and they added a fire dance performance, but the technique needs improvement, haha.

I stayed in a pool access room this time, and the environment was fantastic. Being able to just jump into the pool right from my bed was amazing! I encountered a few minor issues during my stay, but the manager JELL was incredibly kind and helped me resolve them promptly. They even gave me a beautiful cake tree as a gift – super pretty! Thank you, JELL ❤️ I'll definitely choose Tintswalo again next time I visit!

The entire hotel is constructed from timber, and the overall decor style is very consistent. The only drawback is that the beach is quite small, but there are plenty of other places to explore, and it's very comfortable to just relax at the hotel. Right at the hotel entrance, there's a service point where you can sign up for island hopping tours, and I also got my laundry done there, 65 baht per kilogram. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and a nice restaurant called Mango Tree. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is very large and comfortable. There's an electric mosquito repellent in the room, but I barely encountered any mosquitoes. The area outside the room is designed to look like a tropical rainforest, and it even rains occasionally. The pool right outside the room is a bit shallow, but there's a larger public pool in the common area. Every evening at 6 PM, there's a torch-lighting ceremony by the pool, followed by marshmallow roasting. Breakfast was quite substantial. Many people queued for coffee, and there were noodle and egg stations. The Thai stew was delicious. There's an intern named Mon who speaks Chinese, and she was incredibly helpful to us. I went to her for everything, and she was always very enthusiastic to assist. She told me her Chinese teacher gave her the Chinese name 'Xiangling' (香菱), and I suggested she break ties with that teacher!

The AWA Koh Chang Hotel has an amazing design, with its natural wood aesthetic being incredibly soothing 🌿. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's right by the sea, and the infinity pool offers stunning photo opportunities. It truly made for a fantastic vacation experience. Highly recommended!

Very good, perfect for a vacation. The breakfast spread was excellent, and there were plenty of loungers. Lunch and dinner were delicious too.
