Wasn't sure what to expect from Koh Kood BED's but was genuinely surprised by the bright, clean and spacious room (huge bathroom!) that has a comfy bed and bunch of complimentary snacks to welcome you.
Located just off the main road, it's a easy 10 min walk the beach and there are several restaurants nearby if you don't wish to venture far/do not have a scooter.
I had to move to another accommodation closeby for the remaining of my trip, even though it was close the owner was kind enough to give me a lift on his scooter.
I'd definitely recommend this place especially for couples.

Clean, new, comfortable bed. Beware when u rent a motorbike. Take video of it before u take it or they will try to blame u for any damage (happened to a friend). Besides that. Everything was pretty straightforward Would stay again

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We chose this hotel because we liked its location - close to Bang Bao Beach, but at an affordable price. For ease of movement around the island, the hotel staff offered us a good motorbike without any deposit. The owner of the hotel, Jay, is generally a very attentive and welcoming host, ready to help with any issue. He told us about interesting places on the island that are worth visiting, where to eat, and even where is the best place on the island to watch the sunset. At our request, Jay arranged our return transfer to Bangkok via speedboat and private comfortable car. The room we lived in was large, very bright and stylishly decorated. The bed is large, with a comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows and snow-white bed linen. The air conditioner is modern, not noisy, and quickly cooled a fairly large room. From the room there is access to a small terrace with a tea table and a view of the garden, there is a clothes dryer. The room has a modern TV with smart TV function and Internet access. The bathroom is spacious, the instantaneous water heater worked well, and there are personal hygiene items. Beach towels and a mat are provided for guests to relax on the beach. Upon check-in, guests will receive a compliment from the hotel. We had a great time at the hotel and would love to come back again, Thanks Jay 🙏

My home from home place to stay in Koh Kood. This is my 7th year staying at Koh Kood Bed’s, so that already tells you how good is ! Huge rooms, beautifully decorated, set amongst lush gardens and palm trees. So peaceful and quiet and is in a great part of the island to easily explore all beaches and restaurants, bars and cafes. The beds are so comfortable you get the perfect sleep. Also rent your motor bike here, they’re all new and safe to drive. Jay the owner is super helpful. Highly recommended.

I really liked the hotel: the room is spacious, clean, with a nice design, there is a TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium connected, the window has a view of the garden and palm grove, there is a small terrace. The hotel is located relatively close to three good beaches, the distance to them is from 1 to 1.5 km, you can walk, but it’s more convenient with a scooter, of course. The owner is very welcoming, speaks good English, and helped with all questions that arose. Also provided every day were 2 bottles of water and capsules for the coffee machine. Overall, an excellent hotel, I recommend it

Perfect room that corresponds perfectly to the photos displayed on the site. Very large and spacious room. I don't think many people have such large rooms and such spacious bathrooms in their homes!! Excellent location for getting around all the beaches, of course with a scooter, which is rented right there in the building for a ridiculous price. Without a scooter you can't do anything on Koh Kood. Always friendly manager. Cleaning every day sometimes every 2 days. Fridge with free fresh water. I would say it doesn't get any better than this.

I would recommend staying there. You get what you can see on the pictures. The owner is the best. He helps you arrange everything you need and is just super kind. The only „bad“ thing is the location. You have to drive to scooter to go everywhere. There is only one restaurant to which you can walk but there are no lights on the streets that’s why it’s not the safest. If you don’t mind that this place is a good choice.

Very poor experience. Pictures are very deceiving and was very disappointed at arrival since I was expecting something else due to the extremely enhanced foto exposure of the place. The bed linnen was ripped and matras was stained. The little sofa unusable to sit on and a security camera in your face on the little balcony outside.(below it still lot off construction debris laying around). Nextdoor there is construction going on starting at 7am and the karaoke noise stopped around 24:00. The curtains are not blocking out the sunlight so very difficult to get some sleep at this place. The total vibe is totally different as advertised and appropriate to the price I payed. (Don’t pay more than 1200thb for this place! (I paid double)). Location not the best and walking to beach as advertised not really a good idea. Unfortunately I reserved for 4 days and couldn’t stay longer than one day which I told the owner (?) which refused to give me a refund but I’m still waiting for the PayPal decision outcome. At least moving to another place was the best decision I probably made this vacation.
