Simply a gorgeous hotel, from the staff to the view from the room and the location by the pool. The hotel was booked on the day of arrival on the island, because... the first hotel was simply miserable and we didn’t want to stay in it, but when we got here we just had a great chill by the pool, on the balcony and in the sea...

Bell and Fon were exceptional hosts. They were super friendly and gave me amazing tips on spots to visit around the island. They were simply fabulous, always helping me as hard as they could. Fon even lend me her rain Moterbike cover once without me asking for it. The pool was amazing overlooking the see with amazing sunsets. The facilities need some renovation. The walls were in very bad state and it felt like there was some missing furniture in the room. The pool host was not friendly at all. When I asked him to turn down the loud party music he denied. I just wanted to relax and read my books. I was the only person in the pool, perhaps for the entire stay. I have asked the reception for help in this regard and they did (after the pool host forced them to call management). As the sunset approached music was turned once again even louder. And not the relaxing sunset jazz but some kind of loud techno. I used the pool only once and went outside to enjoy the sunset, to places without this environment.

An amazing set of villas of which some are directly on the face of the beach, but the location itself is right on the beach. Pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Air con works great and Wi-Fi is excellent. Room comes equipped with shower products, two towels per person, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, accessible plug sockets, mirrors and television. Balconies are lovely too. Food and drink is a bit expensive but where isn’t in Koh Phangan! The staff are friendly and can help arrange transport and renting of scooters and tours. Location is literally perfect and very close to the full moon party beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

The main pool area of this hotel was absolutely amazing, breathtaking! Infinity pool overlooking the small beach and sea, sunsets are also visible from the pool area. There was a few swings, many beanbags and plentiful sun beds to relax on in the day and night time. The food was consistently fabulous, so good and tasty. The staff were always very accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. The mountain view rooms are just ok. Our room was at the very end which is also where some creepy derelict huts sat too. In our room, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, in the bathroom there is no toilet roll holder so the toilet roll would get wet every time we showered. I would recommend the hotel to install toilet roll holders with the cover over the top for hygiene and water protection. There was also holes in the walls where wires were coming in and out of our room, but big gaps on the front door. These holes and gaps invited lots of bugs into the room which is very unpleasant but bearable. The location of the hotel is good, it’s about a 10 min walk to Haad Rin beach and all the amenities in that area. There are many local convenience stores close to the hotel.

We booked a room here via AirBnb, which made the place harder to find as we can’t got a name. The resort is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable & clean, with a partial sea view if you are lucky. Small pool, not enough sun beds & decent food & beverage options at reasonable prices. Worth the money we paid, enjoy stay.

Very nice place. The pool in front of the beach was awesome and the staff pro ! Rooms on top of the hill a bit exhausting to go up there but worth it for the sea view ! I recommend this place. Need a motorcycle to visit the island…like the rest of others hotels anyways !

Quaint, quiet, well looked after. Pool clean, patio furniture repainted whilst we were there. Gardens constantly swept and attended to. We stopped in the room which is photo 2 of 155 (as of 26 Jan 2022). Whilst each section of the resort seems to be small and private, I believe it is part of a larger resort so other rooms, views may be different. Ocean views are brilliant. It is called sunset beach for a reason - spectacular. So. Customer service? Brilliant. We stopped there a week, intending to stop longer but COVID has hit Haad Rin badly and there were not enough restaurants that suited us. Going out to the main town for each meal became a bind. Despite the early check out, which is no reflection on SBV at all, days later they still took receipt of a much needed parcel and forwarded it to the hotel on Samui that we were heading for. Thank you SBV and staff.
