A total nightmare! The location is not the one that you find on internet next to the Harmony beach, but it’s 15m walk from there. The room was totally different from the pictures on the site, so we kindly asked the hotel to change it, after 30m they finally decided to give us another option, so we tried to sleep for the night but the night time was a complete disaster, animals in the bathroom (100 cockroach and snake in the toilet) the beds were not clean, the staff unprepared. We are 3 female travelers and there were other hosts (50years old man) disturbing us. We run away after the first night. I would not recommend.

Koh Phangan is filled with villas and bungalows on the beach. What the Relax Resort doesn’t hAve in amenities, it makes up for in location. The beach front bungalows are just $20 a night here, which is cheaper than just about everywhere else.

The worst I've ever seen. A horrible shack. Very expensive and no service, the photos will be from a long time ago. It has not been maintained for years. The dirty mattress and springs that were invoked. Large cockroaches and spiders come out in the bathroom. The lousy, dirty and unpleasant facilities.

Price performance okay

The surroundings look like a ghetto, the wlan didnt work, the people were not helpfull and friendly, the ac didnt work. I do NOT understand how ebookers support such a hotel for this price. Over All Im very happy with you. Please consider to not support this resort anymore!

I stayed in this resort with my family for one month but unfortunately we didn't enjoy the staying in this place: Old and unrenovated rooms, Dirty and old air conditioning; Plastic burned every night; Broken Ethernit everywhere on the resort. Not to mention the dislike and rudeness of some people. From my experience quality/price is totally disappropriate as the resort it's old and the service is lacking. Furthermore, I recommend, if by chance you have to book in this place, take photos of the things already broken in the room at the time of check-in, in order to avoid being told that you have broken something without having done so. Mine doesn't want to be a controversy or revenge but it seemed right to let people know what they are about to book!

So this property looks like it’s been through some stuff during Covid. Half of the property seems to be falling apart. The room we were in was fairly beaten down. Bathroom was in shambles with shattered tiles, ash and mould everywhere in the bathroom. The worst part was that they overbooked us and said our reservation could not be accommodated. They ended up finding “1 room’ for 4 of us to share instead of our 2 rooms reserved. We couldn’t do anything but to accept the room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

We had booked for 9 nights, had to cancel the ehole thing after fee hours. I don’t know what the hell has happened to that place, not at all the same as in the pictures. We had that deluxe room, it was definately not that. And I don’t know is it healthy to stay some room because the smell was telling that the house is not healthy, my man doesn’t have astma but even he didn’t get air.

It was the only accommodation that was somewhat close at the time of the Full Moon Party, but the good Power Beach has obviously tried to keep its charm from the 80s for 40 years without any renovation work. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
