Очень скромный отель, территория вообще помойка, неприятный запах. Пришлось жить в нем исключительно из-за недоступности других отелей через российские сервисы бронирования.
Сам домик не плохой, нормально оснащен, но грязный. Линия домиков отделена от кухни бамбуковой стеночкой.
Утром очень громко поют петухи, и, конечно, очень сильная слышимость соседних номеров.
Бассейн никакой, вообще побрезговали там плавать. Рядом в той же бухте полно жилья, но почему-то российские сервисы бронирования его не показывают ...
Персонал крайне грубый и равнодушный, хотя одна приветливая девушка есть. Но в целом такое вообще в первый раз за 5 поездок в Таиланд встречаю.

The location is very cool. The hotel doesn't seem bad, but if you want to sleep, then forget it. The audibility in the rooms is incredible. You can hear absolutely everything that is happening in your neighbors. There is parking next to the standard rooms and motorbikes are available from 5 am. The mattress is hard, you get up in the morning like you're beaten.

L'hôtel se situe sur une plage splendide. J'avais réservé une chambre très basique qui était propre. Le ménage a été fait tous les deux jours. La restauration n'est pas top. Le gros bémol de cet hôtel est le personnel. La "patronne" est très antipathique. Cela semble se répercuter sur les autres membres de l'équipe. Elle n'est pas du tout accueillante et fait la " tronche" en permanence. Quand on vient lui demander quelque chose, on semble plus déranger qu'autre chose. Ça gâche un peu le séjour.

Lively position but when you get there the charges for the shuttle are high just beat this is mind. Confirm price before you book as it was double coming back and you have no other option

Hotel located in the north-east of the island, in a very quiet position and overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Phangan. The rooms are really basic and would certainly need renovation and modernization but all the essentials are present (air conditioning, bathroom products, beach towels, fridge with water...) There is no safe and cleaning is done starting from from the second day of stay! The restaurant is very good both for breakfast (I recommend the pancake with fresh fruit) and for lunch/dinner. The staff is very kind and helpful. Scooters can be rented directly at the property, which are essential for getting around the island, booking excursions and exchanging money into local currency. In the surrounding area there are small supermarkets and clubs but if you are looking for nightlife this place is not for you. I advise you to equip yourself with mosquito repellent because as there are many plants and a lot of greenery there are truly a lot of them! And for transport from the port to the hotel I recommend contacting the property directly because the taxi costs more!

Pen's is amazing. I've visited a few times over the years and it never disappoints. The staff are wonderful, the food is spot on (Anna is a whizz in the kitchen!), and the location cannot be beaten - feet in the sand, you can chill out all day long here. They have a variety of room styles, all excellent. They also have one of the best dive clubs I've ever dived with right onsite. Once you arrive, you'll want for nothing - go and enjoy every minute! Special thanks to Tanya for her super smiles every morning!!

I honestly was not impressed with this establishment. The rooms really need an upgrade and the place had seen a better era in the past. There is a bit of garbage that comes in with the tide but thats not the fault of the establishment. Management sits about all day and does allot of nothing. The young staff however is very attentive.
