Good room, but there are some issues: geckos and cockroaches crawled through the crack under the door, soundproofing is so-so. Cleaning was done on request, overall good. There was some misunderstanding with the reception, but let's not "air dirty linen in public", the issues were resolved. Nice cafe on the territory, there is billiards. We did not use the pool or other activities.

Milky Bay Resort is a total scam! The service is awful, and our room flooded overnight. When we told the reception in the morning, they just said, "You should have told us last night." To top it off, they fined us 600 Baht (20 USD) for a small towel stain, claiming we should wash it ourselves. The receptionist was rude and told us, “Wash it and give it to me, I don’t care how.” Why are we paying for a hotel if we have to do everything ourselves? Avoid this place at all costs!

If you're going to participate in the Half Moon, this is the best place to stay.
Even if it rains, it clears up in about an hour.

I took the most basic room. The hotel is fresh and clean. But the room is small and there is not enough light. The advantage is that the view from the window was partially on the sea. Overall, a great hotel for the money. Close to everything. It is located just halfway from the ferries to Samui and Koh Tao.

We got a nice room upgrade because the hotel has just been renovated. It's very beautiful, it has a Santorini feel (I must say that this is our 4th-5th time staying here). I really like the service and the location. The atmosphere in the hotel is good, right on the beach. The food is delicious every meal. No matter how many times I come to Koh Phangan, I will stay here.
