The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright.
The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice.
All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

A true sea view room, right next to the sea, with direct access to the water. The room is small but clean and tidy. This price is simply great value for money and is highly recommended.

A very rotten place, in fact there is not a single window, no ventilation, everything is old, broken down, moved from a cheaper hotel, regretted it, I do not recommend. A 200 baht deposit is required for the keys, I do not remember if it is written in the terms, I add it just in case

The hotel is right on the beach and we had a partial sea view from the hallway. We got an upgrade to our room because it wasn't busy in November. The room could have a bit more storage space for luggage. The fridge is big. The bathroom is quite dark, a lamp above the mirror would be nice, and there is no holder in the shower where you can put your things, which must have been there at some point. The staff are very friendly and helped us find a new safe key because we lost ours. We would book the hotel again.

The hotel is definitely not worth the money. We paid about $60 for the room. The mattress is spring. Overall the room is average, not very clean, not very new. But it should cost 2 times less
