The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

Close to beach which makes it ideal to stay. Had a nice time staying there. Friendly staff, friendly service.

My stay in Ban Phe was nothing short of excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The Hotel was just on the beach and there was a restaurant right in front of it. The food was excellent. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In short, no windows, terrible dampness, mold, spring mattresses are impossible to sleep on, noisy, unpleasant smells. An old barn, if for 500 baht per day, then it's okay, it's not worth moving in there for more. Well, the island itself is of course super!

Excellent hotel for the money, the room has everything you need, including a beach bag with beach towels, there is even an umbrella)) breakfast can be not included in the price, very monotonous, only 2 eggs, sausage and toast every day + watermelon, juice, but they make natural coffee, this is a plus. The main door is a glass door and is relatively simple. The hotel is in a good location. It has its own restaurant on the beach. Beach chairs are also available. It is within walking distance of the main street.

Very bad, not recommended. I was led by the so-called bloggers on Xiaohongshu. My actual experience was very bad. I booked 2 nights. 1. I found out that the price of this hotel was 100 meters more expensive than many hotels. The cabins a few dozen meters away were half the price of this broken single room. The room had no windows, the exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. It was still very noisy downstairs in the early morning, and the water for showering was not warm enough. 2. I brought the elderly with bad legs and couldn't go to the high floors. There were rooms on the first and second floors, but they insisted that there were no rooms. They insisted on arranging them on the highest third floor. On the second night, I asked to change the floor again. I changed a room. After a few minutes, I found that the toilet was broken and couldn't be flushed, but they refused to repair it or change the room. The elderly were carsick, had bad legs, and were in a hurry. They were waiting for me to communicate about changing rooms and the toilet was broken. These delayed our communication for more than an hour. Although they finally changed the room, my mood was really gone. I was really helpless. I really didn't want to get angry when I went on vacation. 3. There was a waiter who was always very nice. Most of the others, especially the waiter at the check-in counter, were really bad. They said they didn’t have any rooms when there were rooms available, and the toilet in the room they just moved to was broken and they said they would not move it. 4. On the third night, I just searched on Ctrip and booked a good and cheap hotel. My mother was very satisfied and she stayed there again today. The above experience is for participation only.
