Kanda Pool Villa Koh Samui Reviews

To be honest, the room facilities are a bit outdated, the electrical appliances are from Bosch, and the hotel has a full-day concierge service. The swimming pool water in the room I stayed in was not very clear. The housekeeper worked hard to help purify it and introduced the hotel rock pool. It was a hotel I was very willing to tip during this trip. Room service is available for meals, and the boss is very considerate and will take the initiative to help Chinese people because the boss has worked in Wanda for 4 years. The view from the room in the hotel in the morning was very beautiful. The price of the meal is not bad! The prices in Koh Samui are generally on the high side, but this hotel has good value for money.

The room is relatively old, and many of the facilities in the room are not easy to use. The environment is good, the service is average, and the attitude is quite good.

The hygiene is average, ants and mosquitoes crawl everywhere; the environment is average, the facilities are old; the service is basically non-existent. I stayed for two days and they didn't even give me a wifi password; the air conditioner is broken and my request to change rooms was rejected. The room smells of mold.

In fact, they are all good. The equipment is too old and some lights are broken. There are a lot of words. The master bedroom smelled musty. But the price-performance ratio is pretty good and the space is huge! Definitely enough

The hotel's price of more than 2,000 yuan is really very cost-effective. There are 4 rooms in the hotel, and it is very cost-effective to live with more people. Except that the facilities are a bit old, everything else is OK. Breakfast is okay too. One day we were going to sea early in the morning, and the hotel kindly sent us snacks to eat on the way.

If anyone has booked their 4 BHK ocean villa (which is what they mostly market & draw your attention with) - you're in a BIG FIX. After checkin we were directly taken to a 3 BHK villa without our knowledge. When it seemed fishy & different from the pics seen online, we enquired and finally were told that the villa wasnt available as there was "a severe last minute damage" which needed repair. Worse case, we were not even allowed to access or see the villa due to their so-called "privacy policy". Apparently Kanda just manages villas and has no right of access to it. the beautiful 4bhk villa were seen online on different websites even after we booked it & they have only 1 or 2 of those. The 4 bhk was Definitely a scam! PLS DONT BOOK.

Villa was lovely and staff were exceptional. Service was great and was always willing to assist with travel, tour recommendations and food recommendations. Would recommend this place to stay to anyone and hoping to come back soon! Thank you Kanda!

The maintenance is pathetic the swimming pool and the kitchen appliances are dirty the curtains torn generally an unkept property Really don’t know how they get their ratings There is absolutely no manager at night so in case of emergency god help you

The pool was dirty took them 2 hours to clean the pool after we arrived 2 the freezer had been defrosted 3 the cutlery was dirty 4 the pool bar was closed for maintenance 4 the curtains are torn 5 the GM is never available to speak to 6 there is non manager on duty so if you do get sick god help you

We will come back for sure, all villas have private infinity pool and we were in first line with direct access to the beach. Service is wonderful, always available by WhatsApp and very customer oriented. Special mention to Ms. Pornthip, the best manager!

Actually stayed in Nov 2019 but I cannot select that option. The -ve: Be aware the resort is in the middle of nowhere so if you like to be islated on holiday, this is the place for you The beach is also very rocky, not suitable for children or those that like a nice beach General upkeep of villas is not to a high standard The restaurant canopy was rusty, not very nice when facing that way having a meal The general manager was not professional +ve: Very lovely Thai staff Would I go there again, definately not. Do your research and you will find better alternatives with better quality, a far better location and a more ethical management.
