good place for the price. the building is nothing special but it’s pretty close to Chaweng beach and the room itself is pretty nice, just like the photos

The Hotel Personnel was kind enough to leave my keys at the reception as Im arriving late and it was already past the check in timing. They even help me to book for a taxi as requested. It was really a nice touch.

This is the second time I've stayed. I really like the room. It's very spacious. The bed is big and the bathroom is spacious. The water flows strong and there are a lot of services provided. The price is very good for what I received🥰

Хороший отель, находится на северном окончание пляжа Чавенг и рядом с южным началом пляжа Рок. 
Сам отель имеет большие номера и балконы. Лучше выбирать номера с видом на море. У данного отеля своего выхода к морю нет, но можно пройти в доль соседнего отеля до моря а потом по пляжу в лучшую (южную) часть пляжа Чавенг.

A good hotel, located at the northern end of Chaweng Beach and next to the southern beginning of Rock Beach.
The hotel itself has large rooms and balconies. It is better to choose rooms with sea views. This hotel does not have its own access to the sea, but you can walk along the length of the neighboring hotel to the sea and then along the beach to the best (southern) part of Chaweng Beach.

千萬不要去!不安全，環境特別差，晚上一個工作人員都沒有，臨街特別吵，而且樓下沒商店，治安不好！

Don't go there! It's not safe, the environment is very bad, there is no staff at night, the street is very noisy, and there are no shops downstairs, the security is not good!

We were originally booked in to another hotel on our visit to Koh Samui but had to check out after 1 night as it was so bad, we then had to find another place to stay for 13 nights which wouldn’t be too expensive. This place did not disappoint we had excellent communication right from the enquiry of the booking, the staff are excellent and friendly the rooms big modern and clean and the AC was brilliant there was fresh water and soda every day and complimentary toiletries, there is no pool but it is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach where various sun beds are available to rent or free if you buy a water! I can not thank this place enough for making what started off being a nightmare at another location such a pleasurable and lovely experience, thank you all 

This is such a good place to stay in a perfect location! 5 minute walk down to beach & just before the madness of the strip with plenty of shops, restaurants & tour stalls. We originally booked in for 3 nights and extended our stay due to the amazing big room & bathroom. Extremely clean. Amazing value for money. It can be found on google maps as “My Living Place” and the pharmacy has a different name now so can be a little hard to explain where it is to taxi’s. Overall great stay & would 100% go back if in Koh Samui again.

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are very comfortable. There is also a microwave and a small refrigerator which is top. There is a good restaurant in front of the hotel that offers the local as American dishes for not too expensive.
