Super nice hotel. Wish we could stay longer. Everything’s very new, really convenient amenities

Every thing great

The hotel is new, looks modern with a beautiful interior. Beautiful pool, reception. The location is not bad, not the first line, but the beach is only 3-5 minutes away. The reception staff is nice and helpful. The choice of dishes at breakfast is modest, egg dishes are freshly prepared according to your choice, but it is difficult to find something else. There are a couple of Thai dishes (like curry and vegetables), but if they run out, they do not change quickly. Yogurt, some fruit, muesli, something from the salad bar. The pastries are not very tasty. The hotel opened less than a month ago, but the furniture already shows signs of wear (either there was a flood, or such materials are "high quality"). We were also upset by the crowds of ants in the room: in the bathroom, in the closet .. from the second time there were fewer of them ... but we were afraid to leave anything .. The balcony of the room overlooked the stairs and the elevator, fortunately the sound of the elevator being called was heard only in the evening, and not at night. Our room had two separate beds: the bed was a little narrower than the standard 1.5 both in width and length. In principle, considering the low price, everything was fine/good (except for the ants). At a higher price, it would be difficult to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, close to tourist attractions, close to the sea, easy to travel, the staff provides excellent service and is friendly. There are complete facilities, there is enough parking space. Everything is good, worth the price, impressed and will definitely go back to stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for about a week. We booked a room with a balcony. At first, we were put on the first floor. The room was nice and big. But because it was on the first floor, there wasn't enough sunlight, because the window to the parking lot was always closed. On the other side of the room, there was a balcony, but there were no chairs, and the view was of a concrete wall. In the bathroom, I could hear a guy singing in the next room. Some people might find this room on the first floor convenient. Also, there was no threshold in the shower and all the water from the shower was spreading all over the bathroom. You can slip until the water dries. But these are minor things. Then we moved to the 2nd floor. There were no such problems here. The hotel itself is great for its price. Polite and pleasant staff, excellent breakfasts, nice pool area. Convenient location. I would recommend this hotel for a stay on Lamai Beach.

Great new hotel! Huge rooms, clean new furniture, plumbing, linen and towels. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfasts are just fantastic: a large selection, everything is delicious and beautiful. The hotel pool is clean, of sufficient size and pleasantly decorated space. Definitely a recommendation for choosing this option!

The hotel opened on 15.08.24, we checked in on 16.08. Pros: close to the sea, snow-white linen and towels, huge room, comfortable, lots of light (both daylight and electric), normal breakfast (although only watermelon and melon from fruits... not enough for Thailand). Cons: strange service - arrived at 16:00, for some reason we had to wait for a room that was not ready. At night it was impossible to sleep until about three o'clock - the music in the neighboring cafes is very well heard in the room. Towels are only for the pool, not for the beach.

New hotel opened on 8.15, family room is very good

Centara Life Samui have renovated an existing building and added new areas as well. They opened Aug 18. We found there were a few 'teething' issues but still enjoyed our stay. Staff are so friendly, nothing was a problem. Breakfast selection was good however, more Asian inspired and not as good as others we've stayed at but I'm sure this will improve with time. Nate and May looked after us very well. Cleaning staff were so friendly and happy also. Ladies in reception did everything possible to improve our stay contacting maintenance and technician as soon as we spoke to them, issues were fixed immediately. We booked direct using Centara1 card (15% off, joining free) but also had opening special as well. I hope we can get similar prices next year! We have stayed with Centara in Chang Mai and Kata Beach, they are all very good resorts. Centara Life may get a little overcrowded this time next year(I hope not), they only have 1 pool, you have to walk to beach but there is a building underway on the beach for Centara Life customers.
