The service is very good. Hotel staff will add WeChat in advance to ask about pick-up and other matters. The hotel is on a hillside, which is indeed a bit steep. It is best to use the hotel's car. The room is very spacious, in a loft style like an apartment. The whole room is close to the mountains and the sea, and the balcony view is very beautiful! There is a faint sandalwood scent in the room, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The jacuzzi is very comfortable.
The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Although the mountain road is very steep, guests can be picked up for free. Free shuttle services to two nearby beaches are also provided from 8 to 17 o'clock every day. If you want to snorkel, there are masks and tubes for you to pick up next to the front desk.
The hotel service is very good. The hotel added my WeChat two days before departure through the phone number and communicated in advance. Rated location a 5/5, not because it is just a doorstep away from popular night markets, or just beside a beach, or the steep slope up to the villa, but because of the amazing view point it provides and the quiet sanctuary we are looking for in a retreat! The resort does offer free shuttles to areas in coral cove and (our favourite) crystal bay, which is great. Service (receptionist through WhatsApp, and drivers, cleaning) was very prompt and fuss free. Room was spacious and comfortable, facilities (eg bathroom, jacuzzi) were clean. Will definitely visit again! Thanks for making our retreat an enjoyable one.

We often book a holiday in a villa and very often expectations and reality diverge. But not in this case! The villa is gorgeous, the pool was clean on the 8th day of stay, upon request, the pool was cleaned on the same day (in many villas this is a problem) and here immediately upon call, the room cleaning was also excellent! The view from the patio is wonderful, the house itself is very spacious , the beds and pillows are excellent! A very thoughtful and well-organized space! Regarding the road to the villa: it’s not such a steep climb, the road is wide, cars pass without problems. There is also a delivery service to the store and beaches. In general, a great option for accommodation, I will definitely return there again!

Very satisfied. The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain. Except for the inconvenience of getting up and down, everything else is very good. The service is five-star.
