Very nice Villa. Full of natural vibe. So many tree surrounding the area. All the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. It has 1 restaurant in the hotel. But it is also very easy to walk along the beach to reach W hotel for OTHER restaurant. only thing is the room is very humid, there are some moth' eggs in the toilet room. It would be great if dehumidifier is provided in the room. Tv cannot do screen mirror with my mobile phone. It wouls be great if this can be considered. Room has very nice view on the hill.

Very nice resort with garden. Good design. We oder room with bathtub out door. There is no light for reading. Only one main switch. The TV not lacated at good possition, it was block by 2 ropes. Other thing is good for me.

Which is super not ok, its clearly mentioned a private pool in the room but there was not 2. overall the hotel is very nice for vacation location is nice Nice view But its the small things that bother like internet is not connecting, the restaurant is expensive but what you get is less then you get in much simple restaurant,

We had a wonderful stay at Fairhouse villa ocean suite l. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. Room were clean. Will definitely be back again!

Overall is this hotel a quite good point to escape. We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom. Everyone was really kind and friendly. The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food. Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion. Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help. And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes. Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui. It just missing few details to make it perfect.

Beautiful villa with pool. Great service. Only 7 minutes away from fisherman‘s village. Amazing sunsets

My boyfriend and I had a great time chilling in our private pool and enjoying room service from the restaurant. Villa amenities wise - frequent restocking of bottled water, yummy night cookies, and gave us clean towels and stuff daily. The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our first time to Samui so we had many questions but they picked up the phone and helped :) We hired a scooter through the hotel, which was so useful and convenient to us! We didn’t even plan on scooting around but we were thrilled we did it! Daily breakfast was sufficient - good range of food available and daily chef making different types of eggs for us, the beachfront view was so nice!

The room look old and view of room no 104 is not Ocean view but garden view instead, the tree obscuring the sea 90% Jacuzzi is in sight seeing from neighbours, feel not privacy Feel not good value with the price 😭 Service from staff is good

My family of 3 stayed in a beachfront villa, which has 2 rooms, a private pool and a small section of beach. The villa is spacious with fantastic view. Staff are friendly and greeted us when coming across us. Sands on the beach are a bit coarse and there are rocks at the bottom of the sea so I couldn't swim there. I could walk for 5-10 minutes to swim in the sea close to w hotel, however I had to purchase a drink from w hotel bar to use their beach couch. It's tranquil with beautiful view, but not good for swimming in sea. Overall it's a very nice stay.

Good value for money. The hotel is a 4 star hotel for sure not 5 stars the can improve a lot in almost every aspect of the hotel: Service, Cleanliness, food quality etc. The only real service men was the rock.

Great hotel resort and friendly staff, mae am is a bit out of the way, but if you're planning on sticking in that area, then it is grear.

Fair house is a surprise for us. The room is carefully arranged and the bathroom is spacious enough. Every staff is well trained and professional. Rock of course is the best, he assisted us with swimming in the sea and the paddle that we felt secure enough. He shared some fun experience. We had a great time. Strongly recommend. 苏梅第一选择 性价比非常非常高

Nice Room & Very Good

A great value-for-money option. Excellent location close to downtown but far enough from the gritty tourist-trap bustle. The kindness of the staff and high level of service made staying here for six days an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!
