Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended!This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

My family stayed for 6 nights at family ocean view villa. We all enjoyed and hotel service are excellent. All staffs are friendly. Our villa is spacious. Food are good. We’ll surely come back again!

4.5 stars is in line with the current level of the hotel. The scenery of the hotel is definitely full marks, no doubt The deductions are: the restaurant is really bad, the burger made me want to vomit. The breakfast is average, not as luxurious as Park Hyatt Capella. Hilton's food is really average. The water pressure in the room is very high, and it will spray everywhere when washing hands. The key is why there is no food in the mini bar? It's so strange, is it to increase sales for the bad food? We booked a big house, so the swimming pool is very large, you can swim freely, very comfortable, swim for two hours every day.

The room view is unbeatable. The hotel is not in the city center, but the facilities and services are super good, and there is no worries about the future. Special thanks to the Chinese housekeeper Emily😍😍 for arranging the whole trip, recommending surrounding restaurants and beach bars, and watching a very beautiful iron flower performance. Conrad Koh Samui was originally the most anticipated hotel for this Samui vacation, but unfortunately it became the most disappointing one for us. The hotel is built on a cliff and has a high degree of privacy. This is the only advantage, and other aspects are surprising. First of all, the sanitary environment is very average. There are earthworms in the room, the sheets are not clean, and the pool is full of leaves, like an abandoned backyard; there is no sense of ceremony when checking in. The lobby was being renovated on the day we checked in. The hotel arranged a buggy to send us directly to the villa. There was no welcome drink, only fresh fruit; the disposable utensils in the room were very poor and of poor quality; the breakfast was rich in variety, but it was placed in a mess; it was very inconvenient to travel. It is best to arrange a chartered car in advance or drive yourself when staying at Conrad. In short, Conrad Hotel is not as high-end and unmissable as most bloggers of Xiaohong🍠 say. It is indeed just a beautiful prison.

The two-bedroom, one-living room room is very, very good, with a wide view and beautiful scenery. It's a pity that the little turtle that was given to us fell in the car that sent us. The children like it very much 😂

首先態度十分之差服務也跟不上，我們叫酒店幫我哋安排船出海浮潛結果去了一個地方水位極深而且水質污濁一條魚也看不到，然後船家把我們帶到沙灘叫我們游水或者登山非常離譜！之後我們回酒店投訴結果酒店經理極度不負責任！我們要求退回船費算上港幣大概$7600！結果在我們播放投訴下只回了10,000泰銖！我們懷疑酒店聯絡船公司是有回佣的於是我叫他們出示收據他們說沒有收據作為一個世界之名品牌的酒店竟然消費沒有單據給我們這是10分離譜的！另外再同一天我在回程到酒店的車上遺失了二萬多元泰幣，然後我馬上通知酒店職員，結果他們隨便找一架車拍照拍視頻給我們說找不到但其實那部車不是我們坐的那一部！整個行程非常離譜

We booked a two-bedroom pool villa. From the airport to the hotel, it is simply a run-down rural area that is inferior to fifth- and sixth-tier cities. But as soon as I entered the front desk of Conrad, I was shocked by the incomparable sea view in front of me. The bougainvillea in full bloom is intense and unrestrained. Welcome to the delicious iced drinks. It's amazing when you enter the room. The large living room is light, luxurious, simple and stylish, and there are two bedrooms downstairs. It also has unparalleled sea views. The swimming pool that comes with the room is 1.2 meters, which is very friendly to beginners. Because the hotel is built on a cliff, you need a golf cart to take you to restaurants, beaches and other places, but it comes as soon as you call and the waiting time is not long. There are free rowing boats and skateboards on the beach. It was very interesting to play rowing for the first time. All in all, it's well worth staying.
