Pros - beachfront property, cafe/restaurant/bar, beach deck chairs, shower for desanding, massage service, strong air conditioning, large comfortable bed Cons - no refrigerator, inadequate sound insulation and thin curtain, dysfunctional or disabled WiFi (Bungalow 5). Overall good value for money but those preferring solitude or couples seeking intimacy may encounter difficulties if situated in rooms next to the restaurant.

I have visited Thailand many times over the years, sea breeze is one of my favourite to stay so far. On a nice beach not close enough to town to hear the noise but a five min walk away so it’s still on your doorstep. Piya is an exceptional host who will go out of his way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, from directions to travel advice, he would always find the time even at his own expense. He kept the kitchen open several times to accommodate our bad time keeping and every time the food was first class. A great place to stay.

Overall, this trip was good. The rooms here are very good. Complete amenities, clean rooms, location next to the seaside. Wake up in the morning and you can see the sea right away. Suitable for doing all activities. Whether you come alone or as a couple, it's all suitable. But I'm a bit concerned with food (the accommodation doesn't have breakfast or dinner). If anyone wants to eat food with the accommodation, the price isn't high. Stick to the taste of food, such as various salads and seafood tom yum. The taste is not strong even though we ordered delicious spicy flavors. But what you get is squid and shrimp mixed with vegetables. The taste of the salad is not good. (Each person may like the taste differently.) But for those who are not okay with the taste, they should improve, but I want everything else to be good. Anyone who comes to stay doesn't want to eat food at the accommodation. I recommend going out to eat. There are a lot of delicious restaurants in the area. Affordable price compared to taste and value.

The hotel is actually located right in front of the beach. Comfortable! The hotel has its own atmosphere, quiet, good for relaxation.

Worth more than the price But in the next room there was a beach party at 2 a.m. I can't sleep at all.

The scenery is picturesque, needless to say, it is comfortable and convenient to swim, watch the sunrise, bask in the sun, run in the morning, run at night, and take a walk on the beach. There are also entertainment options such as sea kayaking and motorboating. The location is at Lamai Beach and the night market. It is within walking distance to the Makro food market, and you can also visit HINTA & HINYAI for free on foot. There is a Muay Thai gym, and you can rent motorcycles to get around the island. There are also many 7elevens, and food is easy to solve. The temporary accommodation is old, so if you are not picky and don't mind, it is more economical.

The hotel facilities are old and the hygiene is OK. Many foreigners stay for a whole month. The hotel equipment is a bit old and the location is great. Lamai Beach is right outside the door. The boss's service is very good. There were neighbors who were noisy at night and the communication was ineffective. The boss helped us communicate. Okay, thank you very much! Highly recommended, great travel experience!

Great beach, friendly staff. We arrived around 21:00 and checked in without any problems.
