Arrived at 10am, checked in immediately, for which thanks to the hotel. The "first" rooms are terrible, smells very damp, started coughing badly. The sea has big waves, you can't really dive in and it rains all the time. The pool is big, but very quiet and deserted, only a few European pensioners, boring for children.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days out of 8 and left. Thanks a lot to the hotel, they returned the money for 1 day of stay (although this was not provided for in the booking).
In general, the hotel staff is very tactful and responsive. The hotel staff is 5+

Stayed at the beach front villa with direct access to the beach . It’s the best type of accommodation of all the rooms that the hotel offer.
The staff really takes care of the beach. They smoothen the sand out and clean the beaches every morning. You wake up to a clean litter free beach. That’s really the bonus.
However being so close to the beach, there is always people sitting infront of the villa. Less privacy and distracting the view.
There is a block of water right at the steps before you enter the villa. That’s a very nice touch to clean and wash off sand before going into the villa and avoid too much sand in the room. Another good bonus.
Another nice touch, clean towels were provided after every two days
The front porch was good to hang out and chill. It was also good pls to dry wet cloths as there is not enough hooks and hangers.
We were happy the villa comes with a bath tub.
In general the entire villa is a lil rustic but it’s clean and still good condition
The location is away from the noisy street which was good but it also means there is only a few restaurant/ shops option nearby. It still works for a short beach getaway.
The water is pretty calm and shallow. Not much to see during snorkeling but it’s still fun to see fishes. The view of the beach at night is pretty and has a touch of Italy with all the lights on the hill.
Overall a good experience and lovely stay

We are staying at this hotel for the third time. We really like the location, the beach and the big clean pool. It is better to take a room not lower than deluxe with a view of the pool. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is enough of everything. Otherwise, the hotel is certainly tired, it requires renovation.

Excellent hotel! Bungalow next to the pool. We took two rooms, for ourselves and children of different sexes, at first the children were given a room with a double king size bed, we asked to change, because the children are adults and of different sexes. We asked to be patient for one night, the next day they changed (as the room became available). The sea is nearby, the water is excellent, the breakfasts are good. In general, we liked everything, we will come again!

The hotel is not fancy. But it is very clean. If you stay there, definitely book the beach bungalows. I have always wanted to stay in a bungalow on the beach! The ocean water is gorgeous!

I really liked the hotel, beautiful grounds,
nice pool, great beach. We lived in a bungalow near the pool, it was decent. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds were very hard, but after the first night, at our request, they laid out toppers and the issue with the bed disappeared. Linen was changed daily with fresh beach towels however replacing hand and body towels was a challenge. The secular breakfast is monotonous, but you won’t go hungry.  There are restaurants and a 7/11 store within walking distance. The only and very big problem is with exchangers where the rate is very low.

Spent 7 days at the hotel in a deluxe room overlooking the garden. I really liked the beach, breakfast, room cleaning. Always friendly staff. They will not refuse to help resolve the issue.
There were no insects in the room. The air conditioner worked well, but I would like the ventilation grill to be cleaned 🙏🏻
There is a desire to come back again!
