Good Hotel. You can say value for money . But as construction work ongoing there was many people that hampered privacy. Also so many mosquitoes. Still good deal based on the money.

A lovely stay in the heart of Koh Samui, would recommend for travellers wanting to explore the island

The hotel is in a good location, but that's about it. Was in one of the villas and not the main building. The first 10 villas facing the sea have been renovated and look quite good, but I received one of the villas that had not yet been renovated and was very outdated. What's more, the staff storage room was right behind it. They would like to stack the loungers on the beach on top of each other so close together that they are next to each other. The cleanliness of the accommodation also leaves something to be desired. Overall, the town of Chaweng is too dominated by tourism and is no longer beautiful.

Close to surf point and central The attached seaside restaurant is also good in terms of service and atmosphere. It's reasonably priced though The room is spacious and the temperature of the air conditioner can be easily adjusted. The shower has warm water There is also a shower between the sea and the room, so you can wash off the sand. The staff were also kind. I would like to make this my regular accommodation on Koh Samui.

The best place in Chaweng at this price, there is something to compare with, I lived in three hotels in the neighborhood, it’s cozy, green, well-kept area, there are sun loungers on the beach, it’s quiet at night. I lived in a building on the same floor and in an old villa, I liked the building better, there were fewer mosquitoes

There is insufficient lighting in the room and no breakfast is provided, but the price is reasonable and the hotel is quite old. It is acceptable without special requirements. The staff is friendly, the room is ready early in the morning, and the check-in process is quick.

Lovely hotel right by the beach. We had 2 rooms, one in the main hotel building which had great aircon and the other was a bungalow and the aircon wasn’t good at all. You could barely feel it. Hotel room had a big balcony and the bungalow a private terrace. Nice clean pool, didn’t use the bar area. Walk down a path through the bungalows to the beach and there are plenty of free sun loungers provided by the hotel. Would stay here again but although the idea of the bungalows is lovely, aircon is a priority so would stay in the main building

I am writing this review to warn customers that this hotel has new management, and they are not to be trusted. I booked this hotel 10 months ago with Agoda. This week I got an email from the resort, through the agoda website the resort isUNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and they don’t can give me the booked and I should contact agoda. I answered them when they don’t have this room available they should talk with agoda not me. After 1 day I got a email from agoda that the room isn’t available through renovation. But this isn’t true. The same room is available on numerous websites, but at twice the price. I won’t stay anymore in the resort! New management can’t trust

I had booked this hotel in January this year for July this year for 2 weeks got a message from the hotel saying they were new management and my room was not available but on another site my room is available but it’s Double the price shameful carry on so please beware

I am writing this review to warn customers that this hotel has new management, and they are not to be trusted. I booked this hotel two months ago with Agoda. This week I got an email from the resort, through the agoda website, that our reservation had been cancelled, because the resort was UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Yet I could go on numerous websites to book this same room, but at twice the price. We complained, but got no reply. Disgusted with Agoda to allow this to happen, and would not want to stay at this resort.

This is a beautiful complex in the centre of cheweng, the room that I stayed in was next to the beautiful quiet pool. Room very clean and a nice outside space. Breakfast was included in my booking and although plentiful not stand out good. My only reason for a 4 star is that due to flight delay and taxi driver unable to find the property I had no receptionist when I arrived at 10.15 pm and was incredibly distressed as there was no one to help me. It took a couple of hours to find someone to let me into my room. As a lone traveller this was very distressing. Apart from that a beautiful place to stay in the chaos of Chaweng. I would return again if only for the beautiful pool!

The hotel has everything we needed. It´s in the centre of the main Chaweng road, right on the beach and in the tropical garden so you don´t hear any noise from the street. You can find 7/11 shop 7 minutes walk and Central Samui where is the night market 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed in bungalow close to the beach. Rooms are good size, cleaned every day and you also get a couple of bottles of water every day for free. The hotel has a new free sun beds on the beach. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but it was closed for renovation so when they finish in a month, it will be great. There are plenty of other restaurants to use next door meantime, or you can go to the main road where you can find plenty of delicious food. The staff at Evergreen are amazing. They help you with everything you need and they always smiling. I highly recommend Evergreen hotel. We will be back in few months.

We moved out after one night rooms were unacceptable, linen stained, mattress extremely hard - had little sleep, totally unacceptable so we left

I booked two rooms for 7 nights at this hotel for February 2023 four months in advance receiving the confirmation from the hotel. When we arrived I have been told from the receptionist that the hotel was fully booked and they would move us to a different hotel with the same category. I was very surprised at the beginning but I said nothing, When we arrived at the new accomodation we realised it was definitely a lower category with less comforts and worse position. I told to the receptionist we didn't want to stay there because what I already paid was for a higher category. To make the story short, after a long negotiation, they said if we stayed two nights in this hotel then they would give us two rooms in the hotel I originally booked, otherwise they would have give me a refund. I accepted the first option because it was high season and it would have been very difficult to find another accomodation. Before leaving I had a chat with the owner of the hotel letting him know what happened but he didn't seem very surprise and he barely apologised. I have been travelling for over 30 years around the world and I've been many times in Thailand, but I've never experienced a situation like this.
