Cleanliness: The rooms are very spacious and clearly separated. Long service life But it has been looked after and is good. The room is clean, there is no wood smell.
But the floor is made of wood and there is a sound when walking. But when I come in to clean, I just pick up trash and add water. But they didn't provide any new items or cloths.
Location: In the middle of Chaweng and Lamai beaches. Convenient to travel in about 10-15 minutes. There are 2 rows of cars passing by or you can rent a motorcycle from the school. The beach has rocks, but walk down the beach a little and you will find a beach where you can swim.
Lovely staff, good service, friendly.
Facilities: There is everything, 2 bathtubs, 1 lotus hatch, but the room that has the shower faucet is all broken. Had to turn on the water and put it in the bathtub instead.
Overall, this is another recommended place to stay.

Nice hotel some great views from the pool welcome drink on arrival was very tasty and girl at reception was very nice, the rooms was very big and nice but would say it definitely needs a revamp but old and dated , wasn't the cleanest to be fair but had everything you need we had a room close to the lobby which was good , breakfast at restaurant was ok didn't eat dinner there you can walk down to the beach which was great. The location wasn't great for us but overall nice hotel

The location is in a high point on Chaweng Noi Beach. The view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with wooden floors, quite old but well maintained. The service of the staff is very good.
