Room wasn’t made up each day and due to the amount of trees etc, lots of mosquitoes. At night the only option was to spray mosquito spray and try to sleep with that smell.  Not sure how they would fix that but, they need to look at something. Even swimming in the pool was awkward due to mosquitoes.  Other than that, a very comfortable place and great location.

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach and just off the road with loads of bars/restaurants. However, the hotel is far more run down than the pictures show.

Basic resort nearby a dirty beach and stinky river.. bed was confortable and villa are spacious but the private pool is not really usable. The bar is noisy but cocktail offer is interesting. Breakfast is disgusting but people are very kind and helpful. I won’t really recommend to go there

Happy Hour Cocktails is a MUST! Also the staff’s super helpful, friendly and beautiful garden resort feeling, the rooms could do with a quick touch up but otherwise would recommend.

When we arrived on site, we didn't get the room we had booked without any notice. Without jacuzzi and without sea view. No apology or action from the staff even after contacting the manager. We were offered a free breakfast, but we waited an hour due to staff shortages and the selection was limited. Towels were dirty and so were the bed linen. The bathroom wasn't clean either. To date I have not received a response from the hotel manager to my complaint email. Per: Location of the hotel is good and you can walk in the area in the evening to eat etc., beach location

The hotel is tired. We stayed in a large villa with a pool. The pool is very dirty and the water is very chlorinated. Swimming in it is unpleasant. The reception staff is not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.

The houses are very close together and the fact that the small pool is on the path is a bit inconvenient. The staff is very friendly and happy to fulfill customer requests.

The swimming pool is nice however we booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi but we were not able to take advantage of it because it was not turned on and not clean and when we made our complaint they turned it on but they did not. have not cleaned The room service is bogus because you had to ask for a change of towels The staff is not friendly and not smiling at all, we feel like we are pissing them off Breakfast a disaster because a very limited choice I do not recommend this hotel

There are no questions about the location, the first line. Breakfast is meager, with a choice of two sets, the taste of the dishes differs from cook to cook. We took a villa with a jacuzzi (VIP 1): there is a shared jacuzzi for 5 villas. In 2 weeks they removed it 3 times. In fact, none of the guests used this extra option when choosing a place to stay. The villa is spacious, great for a family. Two separate toilets with showers. The glass in the cabins was washed for the last time, apparently for photography; at the time of arrival there was a decent layer of lime, which no one tried to wash. Setting up the water for a comfortable shower is a separate quest; there is no setting as such: either ice or boiling water. In principle, they were cleaned quite well, except for the fact that on one Sunday none of the staff was at work and all the villas were not cleaned. Linen is changed upon request. Pretty convenient location, near the beach and 7-11. The only downside is the lack of furniture. Only an outdoor table and 2 chairs. Big TV and fridge - that's all right :)

The villa is quite big, the living room, bedroom, swimming pool, bathroom and bathroom are all separated. The address is a bit far from some famous beaches, but there is a beach right next to the hotel. You can book a taxi or a one-day tour on Ctrip in advance, or you can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. The taxi is very expensive for 2 kilometers 40 RMB, the motorcycle is booked one day in advance or I am afraid that there will be no more. The hotel environment is very good, and the swimming pool is not bad. Although it is smaller than the swimming pool of a sea view room worth several thousand, the price is quite conscientious. Girls who are used to traveling alone are not bad living alone, there are a lot of mosquitoes, it is best to bring an anti-mosquito electric plug. There are a lot of animal sounds, and the sound of the sea, you can bring earplugs. If you need to clean, you have to tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned actively.

Excellent hotel. But there is no jacuzzi there, just a dirty pond for 4 rooms.
