Beautiful, quiet bungalow complex with a restaurant right on the beach and a small pool. We had the cheapest room category. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately, we had poor WiFi reception. I would book the hotel again because it is right on the beach in Lamai, has a great restaurant and is only 5 minutes away from the action in Lamai.

Excellent hotel on the first line of Lamai beach. But also to the center of Lamai (where the bars and boxing ring are) 5 minutes walk.
Everything is maintained in good condition, everything works. Cleaning every day by default.
Excellent pool, lots of sun loungers. Friendly staff.
Of the minor drawbacks - one socket in the room (there is a triple)

The facility is a bit old, but otherwise decent. The minibus from the hotel to the pier in Koh Samui (Nathon) cost 300 Baht per person. In general, prices on Koh Samui have risen disproportionately!
