I had high hopes for this hotel and although the beach was lovely, and the hotel garden was nice, the stay wasn’t great. Because of our flight the next morning, we were unable to get the breakfast buffet that we had paid for as they don’t start serving breakfast till 8am. After a conversation that was a little unpleasant, we finally got the offer of a small discount on the taxi to airport next day and some sandwiches for the morning. When we opened the sandwiches the next morning, they were full of ants and therefore inedible. During our short stay, we also ordered fruit shakes. They got the order wrong which was ok as mistakes can happen and they ended up giving us what we had asked for but then they tried to overcharge us. The whole time there felt very disorganised - we also got charged twice for the taxi (although they did return the second payment) in the end. I would definitely stay in one of the other hotels on Silver Beach!

Unfortunately, the hotel was only booked for one day; the rest of the time it was already sold out. We arrived at 11:30. We were immediately checked in without additional payment. A welcome drink awaited us in a cafe overlooking the sea. The hotel is located in a garden. The house is clean and spacious. Outdoor shower. Birds are singing all around. The hotel has direct access to the beach. In the morning, the beach was cleaned up and the sand was leveled. The beach itself is located in a bay, there are almost no waves. On the sides of the beach there are picturesque boulders. Instagrammable places. Breakfast is a la carte, but quite good. The dishes are beautifully served and can be ordered more than once; the waiters themselves offer them. The hotel staff is very customer oriented.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is very good, shady, next to the sea. In the morning you can see the sunrise. Good service staff

The location is great in the Lamai area, right on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and with a magnificent view. However, this means being far from everything, the center is a good 15/20 minute walk away. The structure is very nice and the staff friendly, unusual thing is that the bathroom is outside and you have to bring mosquito spray. Breakfast is quite good, but the big flaw is the fact that you always have to ask for a second helping of anything, for example the juice is served in a small glass that you finish in one gulp. For the rest, the stay was very positive.

our original stay was cancelled by covid. Fabulous Beach villas are great (although there was a slight mix up with ours, but no problem) staff very friendly breakfast ok ( don't think whoever thought up the American breakfast has ever been to America) quiet and peacefull

This place is just beautiful. The bungalow was ready long before check in as we were early. The bungalow was so clean and just adored the open bathroom. The gardens were so well maintained with beautiful plants everywhere. The staff couldn't do enough to help with anything. The breakfast was amazing too. The location on silver beach was just perfect. I think it was my favourite beach on the island. I can't wait to be able to go back there. Suffice to say I didn't want to leave.

Where to begin…it’s the little things that make a difference. A hand towel to dry your hands after using the bathroom would be good. Instead we were told to use toilet paper. There’s no hooks to hang your big towel on in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. The bedside socket was hanging off and didn’t work. The room was dark and dated. The “bar/restaurant” is so uninviting that we didn’t spend any time there. So much more could be done to make guests more comfortable, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. The staff tried their best but there are so many other nicer places to stay which are actually cheaper

We stayed for 2 weeks at promtsuk and is was a really beautiful place. The bungalows are in a beautiful garden and less than a minute to Crystal beach front. The bungalow was clean and spacious. We had an outside shower, which was very special! The restaurant on the beachfront was fantastic, we had breakfast there and the food was excellent. The staff Lee, Sen, Tutu and I can't remember the ladies name, were so helpful and friendly and made our stay even more special! There are beachfront massages and pedicures which are great. The beach itself is clean, it does get busy, but There is always space, much nicer than Chaweng beach. We look forward to coming back here, it was truly paradise😀

No opinion about the hotel but the massages are really nice and the ladies doing it are very funny. Silver beach is a very nice place, more authentic than chaweng, and with a better touristic offer than coral cove which is very near. You can enjoy a bit of snorkeling, very safe for children as éventuellement on high tide, it's never deep nor dangerous.

This small resort is very beautiful and immense in greenery, full of magnificent plants and in front of the beach, away from the chaos of the center of the island. The location is good for reaching the main beaches by taxi or tuk tuk, it takes quite a while on foot... Delightful and clean rooms, very nice open-roof bathroom, in the free spirit of the island. I advise!

Small, quiet and very nice resort. Bungalows lost in the greenery. Very helpful staff, direct access to the beach, magnificent view. Spacious and clean room. The outdoor shower is worth the detour! Hearty breakfast served facing the sea. Some good restaurants within walking distance and otherwise 5 minutes from the center of Lamaï, 10 minutes to Chaweng (by scooter). I recommend !

A Hotel with built-in Bungalows that include an open-air bathroom and located on the beachfront of Cristal Beach. The Hotel is nothing spectacular, although it is functional. I don't understand the reviews that praise it so much because I didn't think it was anything special either. On other less touristy islands there are much better hotels at a better price. On the other hand, breakfast has a very limited schedule from 8:00 to 10:00 and one day when I had the audacity to arrive two minutes late, they already gave me a bad look and asked me if I had already paid for breakfast beforehand, for not to talk about its scarcity. It seemed to me to be a fairly normal Hotel, although, as I say, correct and reasonably priced.
