Good location with beautiful beach, good facilities in the room, spacious room, staffs are very polite and friendly

The hotel is a bit far from the other rush areas in Koh Samui but with beautiful beach the service and the staff are very friendly. the rooms are clean but needs some refreshments and renew.

Initially lovely, beautiful hotel and staff but it's showing its age. Basic breakfast, maintenance is slipping. We had the tap water run brown for 30min thankfully it got fixed. Location is great to lie on the beach but it's in between places.

Sea is clean, beach quiet. Service is very good, location a bit far from villages, but can order taxi or rent a bike

I have come back to stay again 2 times already. The rooms are very good, spacious, with Netflix and youtube. The hotel and Trip.com provide very good service. And due to the heavy rain on the day of arrival, the ferry was announced. Which cannot travel to the hotel, Trip.com has helped to coordinate, making it possible to postpone the date of stay without additional fees. Very impressed

Location of the resort is perfect if you want to get away from noisy Chaweng. The staff is very friendly and the roomservice was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view. I would definetly recommend this hotell!

Very bad service for housekeeping, they dont clean room properly. They only made the bed and kept the dirty towels on bed, did not empty the bins and did not clean up the bath Called for a room service during new years eve , they refused to serve they said “ they dont have a room service due to new years”

Excellent property, super friendly and helpful staff, good food, beautiful and spacious rooms, great view from the ocean view rooms. Totally worth the price. I stayed thr for 5 days with my family… we have booked 2 “ two bedroom suite, with sea view” rooms were super spacious and had all the amenities required with beautiful view … It is basically a stunning beachfront location .. very quiet and peaceful… Me and my family. We definitely loved it.

Excellent location, relaxed atmosphere, beautifull sunset on the beach. The staff is very friendly, food is good and we loved the various fruit drinks. We stayed in the villa with private pool and had a wonderfull time.

Don’t be foled by their website that state that this resort is a luxury resort. Maybe it was many years ago. But not any more, as this is a three star resort....not five star. The photos on their website does not show the reality. We are very dissepointed We booked a luxury suite. It has a nice size and have a good kitchen and washingmashine and dryer, but no balcony. The pool area is small and the pool does not invite you in. It looks dirty. The beach is not cleaned, but has some sun beds. Staff is very helpful. It is not much activities near by, so you need to take a minibus or a taxi. Once a day you can take a free bus to the city. It leaves at 10AM and returnes at 5PM.

The hotel arquitecture is incredible, however, my impression was that the relation quality/price was not according our expectations. The hotel offers a motorbike for free (only one) and they recommended do not use because it was not in good conditions.The location was far from the commercial centre. The breakfast is good but I would expect a higher level for what we payed.

Fabulous place. Absolutely first class service. Wonderful staff. Super friendly. Great food. Great beach. We had a three bedroom pool villa. Super clean. Great accommodation. We will definitely return again and happily recommend this resort!
