Very nice location and friendly staff. The resort has a nice direct exit to the beach. I wish I would have stayed longer :)

stayed with 4 yo kid, enjoyed our stay. very friendly and helpful stuff, room was big (furniture is tired, but worth its price of a stay), the territory is big and well-groomed. breakfast is a weak point, were bored with same dishes, juices are in poor quality, and cafe stops taking orders at 7.30 pm, so we had to go outside for a dinner mostly.

The hotel is relatively old and the decoration has a sense of history. The location is also relatively remote, that is, it is relatively close to the Mae Nam Pier. It is only a few minutes' walk away. It is convenient to take a boat from this pier. The hotel has its own beach, but the foreigners staying there are quite poor. Once the bath towels are laid out, they occupy all the lounge chairs. They don't use them themselves and don't let others use them. The quality is extremely low.

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the ferry (ferry with cars). We booked 01/11/2024 for 2000 Baht with breakfast, so he will come. It's not worth more. Entrance to the beach from the hotel premises. Swimming here for children and those who cannot swim will not be convenient, there is a sharp cliff after 1.5-2 meters of entry into the water. Breakfast for 3, very poor. But I’m fine, since at home I have the same breakfast (egg or omelet, vegetables, tea or coffee). Near the hotel there is a construction site and a canal. Port for those without a car. Parking for 3-4 cars. Laundry 90 Baht, washing is bad. It’s better to rent it in shopping arcades for 30-60 Baht. We had dinner at the hotel, the cooking was bad. Stayed here for one night. It's not worth living in this hotel for 5-7-10-14 days.

We received a very friendly welcome at the reception and we were given a lovely bungalow right on the beach! The breakfast has more than enough choice! Lovely swimming pool and a wide beach with sun loungers! The garden is lushly landscaped and there is a peaceful atmosphere! We were there thirteen years ago and nothing has actually changed. It is located on a street with restaurants! My place bar was our favorite! And only 15 minutes from the Mae Nam Night Market! Great for a 3 to 4 night stay!

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed. AC is very good. The staff was very helpful, one morning we urgently needed to go to the pharmacy, and the reception staff in a second organized transportation for my wife, at no cost. As we unfortunately got sick during our stay we couldnt try the pool and beach, but we know from previously stays that they are top notch.

What a great little find! Booked this hotel for one night as close to the pier for our ferry crossing the following morning. Great accommodation, large rooms, clean and right on the beach in a quieter area, would definitely stay again. Thank you so much to Naomi for going out of your way to return the kindle my partner left, can’t believe you sent it to our hotel free of charge and wrapped securely, so impressed with your help, thank you! Also breakfast was included, which was a lovely touch we didn’t know we had, would defo recommend this accommodation for a Thai experience

A pleasant resort in the northwest of the island with a sandy beach and plenty of water in the sea throughout the day. We had a beautiful spacious bungalow with a large terrace of the Deluxe type (closest to the beach, restaurant and pool) located in a beautiful garden, everywhere was clean. The beds were spacious and comfortable including pillows. Shower with sufficient pressure and hot water at any time. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly. Cleaning was daily, we were given two bottles of drinking water every day. The food in the restaurant was tasty and good value for money. The pool was clean and pleasant to swim in. Next to him, two very skilled ladies give massages (we were there 3 times during our 8-day stay). All the staff are very nice, helpful and willing to help, the best Naomi at the reception. Thank you!

Nice to stay with you guys. Friendly staff und plenty room in those cosy bungalows. Always recomend to stay here. It was just a short stop for us but we really enjoyed or stay. We could not say anything about the Spa, but I am sure I will try it when I come back.

Today we want to tell the truth. It was once a paradise! Years ago this hotel gave us a feeling of happiness and we kept coming back. However, the only positive things that can be said now are the wonderfully quiet, romantic location and the friendliness and hard work of the few remaining employees, as well as a good breakfast. We were appalled at how carelessly the once beautiful park-like complex has deteriorated. There are far too few loungers and parasols and most of them are broken and dirty. Our photos show the current misery. In the middle of the complex there is only rubbish and garbage. Anything that is old and broken is simply thrown behind the building. There are also brand new light wooden loungers lying in between that only need to be painted with wood paint, but who is going to do that when there are no people there? Even on the beach on the property boundary, right next to the loungers, the rubbish spoils the beautiful view of the sea. The wooden handrails on the buildings have rotted. It is therefore dangerous to try to hold on to them. For example, from the beach to the breakfast terrace, or the steps to the toilet for the beach and pool. The pool looks nice in the photos, but it is not cleaned properly. They only fish out the leaves and vacuum the floor. A dark layer of grease decorates the edges. Unappetizing! It seems as if the management only wants to make money. Little to nothing is invested. There are hardly any employees left. One man is busy from early in the morning sweeping the loungers, moving them, cleaning the sandy beach and doing a little work in the entire garden area. In the past, the bushes were trimmed, the weeds were removed and the plants were watered by several employees. The few people who are still there are soooo nice, friendly and still smiling. We feel very sorry for them! And now a huge substation is being built right next door and is causing noise. It remains to be seen what the noise level will be when it is finished. We are not recommending the complex at the moment and will watch the hopefully forthcoming, equally honest reviews to decide whether the hotel will get another chance from us. Dear management, please save the Pinaccle!
