酒店很新很漂亮，香香的，衞生條件特別好，每天一出門就看海非常治癒，spa體驗也好，所有工作人員都笑容滿面非常熱情，酒店體驗太好導致行程過了一半才出酒店～ 當然最棒的部分是總經理Neil的安排，特別幫忙安排了私隱性好的房間、手寫生日卡片、生日佈置，送了酒，還有早餐生日驚喜。是完美的生日旅行：） 是下次去蘇梅還會再回的酒店，200分～

My favorite hotel in Samui, The most detailed hotel, no one else! ! Our Chinese general manager came in March this year. After knowing that we are Chinese compatriots, he came to introduce himself and explained some adjustments and changes of the hotel to us. He helped us choose a room with a good view in advance and sent a welcome fruit plate. He was very friendly and kind. All the experience was full, and my parents praised him constantly! ! ! Before leaving the hotel, he also helped us to delay check-out, which was really great! ! But there are also places that I hope can continue to improve: 1. Daily room cleaning can be done after the guests leave the room. Cleaning only once a day will lead to a lack of drinking water in the room. Although it was delivered immediately after calling the front desk, the experience will be reduced. Sometimes if the cleaning time conflicts with our departure time, there will be no drinking water replenishment for a day. Every time we have to call the front desk, which is not very friendly to parents who don’t speak English. Because we moved from InterContinental to Centara Grand, there will be picky comparisons. I hope that we can replenish the next day’s supplies that night or replenish them every morning in the future, so that the experience will be better~ 2. The breakfast products have declined compared with the previous ones, and the product quality is not stable. Although it is very considerate to add The menu has been enriched with more categories, but the same dishes have different tastes and presentations. One day, the Benedict eggs even forgot to add ham slices. The restaurant service also needs to be improved. Although it is the attitude of some waiters, they did not respond to the requests of customers in the restaurant in a timely manner. There will be delays and omissions, which will also affect the experience. I hope it can continue to improve. You can see my love for Centara Grand from all the nonsense. There are expectations before there are requirements. So in general, Centara Grand is still my favorite hotel in Samui. It has the best beach, is in the most lively neighborhood, has convenient transportation, is close to the airport, and there are many delicious restaurants, massage shops, and supermarkets nearby. It is very friendly to young people. It would be perfect if the restaurant products and room service can be improved.

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，酒店總經理是中國人非常**。得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗。
