For the price you can't go wrong stayed over new year it ok location is spot on

Lots of bugs had to ask for new towels and bed sheets and toilet paper

A good place. Everything is very clean and pleasant. Polite hosts, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The beach is 5 minutes walk. I recommend!

Indescribable, just one word! In the past, they were all turned off, and I waited for a long time before a woman came. Communication was not working at all. It took a long time for the air conditioner to come on. Last night, it couldn't be turned off again, so I had to unplug it!

The rooms inside are old-fashioned, as if at grandma's dacha. But - super location in a quiet side street and 2 minutes from the very center. There is everything you need - a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, a table where you can put a laptop, which is just super for the money. Hot water, shampoo, soap, everything is there.

The location is in a quiet soi about 30m away from Lamai Beach Road, and it is a short walk to restaurants, massages, bars, etc. along Lamai Beach Road. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. They were quick to resolve any issues. It is an inn that is reasonably priced and fully satisfying.
