Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort Reviews

We love Koh Tao :) We decided to explore new accommodations in Koh Tao, this place is very peaceful, quite and nice view. Unfortunately that our period of stay was storm so it is caused the power outage but the receptionist was so helpful. The location is up to the mountain so be careful for the ride up and down.

Great hotel, nice view and nice pool. Location was in the middle of nowhere. The free shuttle was useful however they didn’t tell us about it until our second last day. The breakfast was amazing

The hotel is located on a high slope, even on a bike it’s very risky, and if you go to the sea on foot it’s absolutely terrible! The hotel is old, breakfast is just a nightmare: 1 hot dish, eggs, bread and jams. Not a piece of cheese, not sausages. Only fry the bread in a toaster and brush with butter. But the sea is gorgeous near the hotel, the depth is almost immediate, there are a lot of fish and corals.

We saw the sea view from the bedroom and didn't get bored both in the morning and in the evening. Dine in with a sea view Very close to nature A bird secretly flew and picked up some bread. The food from the restaurant does not have a wide variety of items, but every meal was filling for all three days of our stay. From the accommodation you can walk to play at the swimming pool. and beaches at nearby resorts If you're tired, you can call a car to take you back to your room. The staff seemed pleased with the service. The food from nearby resorts is all delicious, allowing you to change the atmosphere for eating, walking, and taking impressive photos.

It’s a superb place with a magnificent view. The room is nice and big with everything we needed. We are on the sunset side where we saw some very beautiful sunsets. We booked for 3 nights and added 3 more because we liked the place. The swimming pool was ok, nothing more. The beach is beautiful and snorkeling is very good directly from the beach. On the other hand, you have to be at high tide. Small restaurant and bar on the edge of the square with impeccable service and it was very good. We even had a shuttle service throughout the site if necessary because between the top and bottom there are still a lot of steps.

Quiet beach with few people. The room is large enough and has a balcony and deck chairs which is very convenient. The breakfast category is average. It is not recommended to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The price is higher and the variety is less. But there are diving masks and fins that you can borrow for free, which is great! In particular, I would like to praise Mill at the front desk. He is very enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and responsive to all requests. He is the best front desk in our current itinerary! The laundry service is also great, with a reasonable price of 60 plants per kilogram, room pickup and delivery. There is also a free shuttle bus to Sairee Beach and Pier, which is great!

A spacious room on the top floor of the hotel with 2 twin beds and a balcony with 2 chairs to sit outside in the morning with a fabulous view over the sea! The service from the staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. The swimming pool needs a makeover and to get there you have to go down incredibly "too many" stairs! You will pick up a car if you give us a call! We asked for an upgrade to a bungalow, but unfortunately everything was occupied. The reason was that the walls between the hotel rooms are so thin that you can literally hear the neighbors! A bungalow is therefore recommended to stay in a beautiful place! There is a shuttle service to the city and you will also be picked up and taken to the boat! Within walking distance is an excellent restaurant The Cape Restaurant with an excellent view over the bay! Recommended!

The hotel faces the sea. However, the sea water in this location of Koh Tao is not very beautiful. The beach is too far from the room and it is tiring to walk up the slope. The hotel room is not very clean and there are a lot of flying insects. The hotel's food is very bad and not worth eating in the hotel. The hotel shuttle is very strange. Except for free pick-up and drop-off, everything else is charged at 100 baht per person per trip. This is unique in Koh Tao hotels. I don't recommend staying in this hotel. It is really inconvenient in all aspects.

Booked a hotel room, the room is average, there is often no hot water in the rain, but you can see the sea when you open the window, which is not bad. The location of the hotel is relatively remote. You can take the hotel's free taxi when you go out to eat, but the taxi is directly pulled to the pier. The front desk is not very human. We arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk does not allow early check-in. You can only sit in the lobby for a few hours. Luckily only booked for 2 nights. Later, I moved to another hotel. I went there at 10 o'clock in the morning. The hotel was very close to the beach and the room was very big. They checked me in as soon as I arrived. The key is that the price is still cheap.

It only takes 10 minutes to walk from the room we stayed to the beach. There are few people on the beach here and it feels like a vacation. I called a taxi boat at Saiee Beach to go out to sea. On the return trip, I can ask the boatman to park directly at the hotel beach. Dry cleaning of clothes in the hotel only costs 60 yuan per kilogram, and it is very convenient to have them returned to the room the next day. The staff were also very friendly. We left a tip but the cleaning staff did not accept it. The staff were very considerate and would give us paper towels and blankets for children. There is a car rental shop on the alley at the back door of the hotel. The proprietress of this shop is also very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. Booking a taxi boat here is also very discounted. I recommend that everyone who reads the reviews come and stay here.
