Great location. The cheaper rooms are not on beach but 2 blocks away, over a noisy bar. I slept with earplugs and was fine.

We traveled from 29 Dec - 01 Jan and thought that area would be loud as most f the review said but it’s quite quiet than we thought even on the busy night. The building we stayed is located in cabaret show street. The room is clean and the bed is nice. Sadly the pool at the front beach was broke so we couldn’t use that. Staff is nice and very helpful.

One pool was out of order, all televisions were out of use on the site. At the other pool most of the chair were broken/damaged in some way and pool was frequently used for dive training so not very relaxing. Location was very good though, could be pretty loud from the surrounding bars. Not sure I’d stay again.

False advertising damp room impossible to breathe and sleep no bar no swimming pool if infected with mosquitoes staff not smiling next to a discotheque noise it seems like the music and in the room it comes in it comes out it slams the doors up at 4 a.m. it doesn't deserve the price or to be on booking

The location was perfect for us, right in the center, restaurants, shops and the beach.
This was less suitable for sleeping due to the noise pollution.
The bungalow was very noisy and earplugs are a must.
The bungalow was equipped with everything, the bathroom was ok.
The bed was very hard.
And in terms of hygiene and making up the room, things can certainly be improved.
But we did enjoy staying there and they continued to help us at the reception.
We also rented a scooter from them, which was also fine.

Room was clean. Otherwise it's just a construction site. Wifi didn't work and only 1 pool out of 2 open. Construction noise starts at 8:00 in the morning. The bar plays super loud EDM music until 1am. Can still be heard even with earplugs. Not suitable for relaxing. Good for party people.

Stayed at this so called paradise resort for 4 nights recently . Where do I start ! . I emailed them twice before I arrived to ask for a suitable room for my wife as she was on crutches , when we arrived we were given a first floor room with very steep steps 😂. My emails weren’t even answered . We went to breakfast the first morning and the open air dining room was extremely hot no fan’s , when I asked for a second coffee I was told I would have to pay for it . We didn’t go back. For the next four days we had no service in our room no fresh towels no clean sheets no toilet paper no rubbish taken away no cleaning . I reported this three times at reception to no avail. On check out I was told I should have put a sign outside my door to have it cleaned !!!. The sea view pool was half full with stagnant water and the alternative pool had only two sun lounger’s and the pool was open to the public until 1am for 300 bath . It must also be the only hotel at Saree beach that doesn’t offer free transport to and from the ferry terminal . The room wasn’t too bad and the air con was good , but I wouldn’t recommend as there are far nicer hotels at equal prices which I only saw when I arrived . Get you act together Lotus.
