Lovely traditional Thai style hotel, though looking a bit tired in places. The bungalow was nice, but with few plug sockets and the shower room was rather rustic. The staff were extremely though and tried their best to provide the guests with everything. The complimentary kayaks and paddleboards were a bonus too, plus good snorkelling around the rocks at the edge of the bay.

Came with my girlfriend on a diving trip for 6 nights at the koh Tao cabana. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks if you can. Super nice area on the beach all reserved for this resort. The breakfast was also very nice and loved the Thai options as well as the western food options. The rooms can be individual cabanas on a hillside so it is a little bit of a walk up but this didn’t bother us. We would stay here again and very happy with our experience. Thank you Koh Tao Cabana!

Our stay featured a beautiful location with stunning views, complemented by delicious food at the restaurant. However, service shortcomings were noticeable. Despite the helpful mosquito spray in the room, we faced inconveniences like a lack of beach towels and no assistance offered to remedy this. Additionally, a non-functional torch in our room posed a safety risk, highlighted by my daughter slipping on the villa steps due to inadequate lighting. While the setting and cuisine impress, attention to service details and guest safety needs improvement.

The location is nice and quiet, walking distance to other restaurants through the beach. The beach is very nice, clean and good for kids especially when the tide is low.
Our Cabana was spacious, beautiful, although a bit dark. The water pressure was low and we didn’t have hot water. We asked them to fix it but it didn’t happen on time before our check-out. We stayed for two nights.
The pool has a waterfall, and it looks a little run down. Nice view to the sea from the pool, though.
The breakfast (included) was ok. Fruits, bread, but not many options for vegetarian/vegans in the menu. Dinners were good. Overall, a beautiful hotel, kind staff, great location, maintenance response could be better.

It’s so lovely resort of which location is very convenient to the town and also the beach. I love its design and decoration which is both authentic and environment friendly. I will come and stay again if have chance, ideal for couple staying. The resort has its own beach and also provide free kayak, surfboard, snorkeling equipments, the restaurant is picturesque and offers nice food.

The fountain at the entrance looked dried up, so I thought I had made a mistake in my choice of accommodation, but my fears were unfounded. The deluxe sea view room had a good view, and the room was well-cleaned and clean. The downtown area is within walking distance, and the breakfast was delicious. Don't ever come to this hotel. This hotel is very old and you will regret it when you see the shabby lobby. Starting from the time when various resort and hotel employees came to the pier to pick up the guests who got off the boat, we got on the shabbiest pickup truck. It was so embarrassing. After checking in later, we found that the room was also empty. After staying for two nights, they came to fix the hot water 3 times. Location is great! You can walk on the beach in a few minutes into life. Nice beach tent holders and restaurants. Shopping is a bit disappointing and there is nothing like a night market.
With the hotel's shuttle bus you can go to the pier 3 times a day for free.
Staff is very friendly, help you with everything.
Staying at the beach is wonderful! The sea is nice and calm, good to lie in or swim. The pool is poorly maintained. Broken tiles and dirty water, a shame because this can be a wonderful place if you (and we actually) are less from the beach.
We stayed in the deluxe villa. Large "house", with large bathroom and large balcony where the bats like to hang from the roof in the evening. These do nothing, except to **** on the balcony…
The bed is very hard. Asked for a topper which wasn't a problem but rather a mattress protector so flimsy and it didn't really do anything.
The breakfast is not exciting, we mainly had breakfast outside in life, with more choice than egg and toast.
