Best location by the beach. One of my favourite stays in Thailand. Staff are very friendly. Only downside are the mosquitos - I got bit once it must’ve got in somehow. Overall amazing stay!

The exterior of the hotel is fab, right along a private beach with amazing views, sand and 3 pools, including a dive pool if you need. The restaurant is also pretty scenic and the food relatively affordable for a hotel restaurant. The on-site laundry service is quick and competitively priced.
The room itself was a letdown, very dated, dark and not very clean. The bathroom in particular was an issue for me, the shower heads had rusted and not kept clean and the general state of the bathroom was dark and dirty along the walls, sink and floors. The bathroom was full of mosquitos because the shower allows standing water after you shower and doesn't drain, with no windows to open (easily). The bathroom handle was also faulty, but the staff were happy to repair it once notified. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom in the night - appreciate you can't control this, but it just added up to a wider picture with cleaning issues. Finally, the on site gym was unusable.
They just need to give the rooms (and gym) a good refurb and refresh. Until then, if you have issues with cleanliness, I advise you not to stay here.

A dream hotel right on Koh Tao beach, with a beautiful pool! The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so during our stay, some rooms were under construction (but there was no noise), and the gym wasn't usable. I still recommend this hotel; they also offer a laundry service.

It could be a great hotel, and it probably was in past times. Staff is helpful and the location is very convenient. Also the pool area is very nice. I was in a room by the pool: it was very spacious, with a great view for sunsets, and it was clean- except for certain corners. I heard the water coming up the shower drain a couple of times and there was a massive hole on the closet door. Examples that this could be a phenomenal hotel with more consistent maintenance.

Excellent hotel, especially the location. It has direct access to both the pier and the lively street. The pool is great, and you can swim late into the evening. The room is cozy and has all the essentials.
