This place on arrival was quite messy with old furniture items in the walkways to the rooms in sections Hot water was hit a miss and outdoor shower was out of order in general items not maintained well I was allocated a room on the third floor however requested a room downstairs and after quite a bit of time it was allocated - the next day I found out they had a lift, so could not understand why on checking in I wasn't told about it, even when stating my reason for changing room was I didn't want to walk up 3 flights of stairs no mention of lift - this would have saved the drama I was not impressed at the beginning and the girl at reception was lovely however stated that she couldn't do much as I was uncertain the hotel was clean given the state of the hotel in parts I saw - the lovely girl call the Manager and was told if I wanted a refund to contact Agoda even though my booking was not with them however - the Manager who was on the phone, refused to speak with me a paying customer - any person who runs a hotel in that position should speak with a customer - this quickly told me why the hotel was poorly run with a Manager who couldn't even try and resolve certain issues I had - I wasn't after a refund, infact I asked to pay for an upgrade but there wasn't one available - that was ok but it's not ok for a Manager to treat a customer like she did - very poor example for her staff The breakfast was nice and if it wasn't for the staff being so nice, it made things nice and hotel was ok

We did not get the room that we supposed to get. We booked the queen bed room but they gave us dobled bed room and put them together without topper

Really big room , close to the beach , very nice staff , will book again .

We loved the diversity of the room choices yet everyone got to use the amenities, the pool and location on the beach, the pool bar was amazing and some of the villas are brand new! Checking in was a long process but it was busy, the staff are great! They even let us stay a bit longer to enjoy the pool while we waited for our ferry.

Hotel was nice but it was way too loud at night due to the parties nearby. Therefore the low punctuation in location

Sairee Hut is a lovely hotel situated on the beach front. The staff were very attentive and friendly and were quick to help us when we had a problem with our room. There is a free transfer to and from the pier for your stay. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of Thai and continental foods so it’s worth including in your stay. We really enjoyed our trip to Koh Tao and it was made better with the kind help of Sairee Hut employees!

Superior room was lovely in the newer half of the building, we stayed in the standard rooms for one night also was clean but not as nice as the newer half. All very clean

I been here 3 time ,i like this hotel cuz location good not higher price and room (new building) was so cozy this low season have some maintain room but not concern , restaurant open until 6 pm , breakfast is a not variety but understandable during low season. Over all good 👍🏻

Pretty good. Only stayed for two nights and was pretty busy exploring the island. AC doesn't work but there is a ceiling fan which is sufficient and common for other hotels in Koh tao. it's right on the beach front and has a pool. Nice and close to everything.
