We booked the loft unit with a toilet but without an attached bath. The room is clean and well equipped. The bath/onsen area is a short walk away. They have a public onsen and about 6 private onsen rooms. U can use the private onsen anytime when it's available. The plus is the private onsen which is nice and quite clean although the water is not perfectly clear. the minus is that the nearest convenience store is about 20 mins drive.

A great spot to stay super close to the hiking spots in Aso Kuju National Park. We enjoyed the private baths and the restaurant.

Lived in 萌蔥201 (MOE F). The room has a private onsen which is good. However, the outdoor temperature is -1C and the indoor AC (2) with heat function was not adequate. The room was very cold. Need to cover 2 blankets with heat bags. still cold. Bad experience.

First of all the hotel location if not driving is really extremely inconvenient Then all the hotel attendants did not understand English Then the shower had to go to another location We have to go to another location to eat! Then the bedroom soundproofing was zero. Throughout the night I heard the conversation in the next room children running to and fro

Overall, I was satisfied. The room is a duplex structure~ Towels are a set of large and small for 200 yen, and you have to buy drinking water from the vending machine. First of all, the restaurant is really difficult to walk to. The staff told me to drive there. It was rainy in the evening and I couldn't see anything at night, so it was dangerous to walk, so I drove there. When you go to eat breakfast in the morning, it would be good to walk there as a walk. And the private bath was really good. I went with my mom and three sisters, and the hot spring was really satisfying, and the restaurant hall staff was very kind.

In the summer of 23, I came here with a friend and liked it so much that I visited again with my mom a year later. Since it is inside a national park, a rental car is essential, but it is less crowded than Yufuin and Beppu, the food is great, and it is great for sightseeing in the national park, with wetlands, an observatory, Milk Road Drive, flower parks, etc. nearby!

The room is clean and tidy. Both the front desk and the restaurant service are very friendly and the service is very good. The disadvantage is that the English is not very good. The dinner is sukiyaki and the portion is sufficient and delicious. The breakfast is Japanese style and I am not used to it. In the room type There is no bathroom but there is a toilet and sink. You can walk to private or public baths, which have a unique style.

Spacious semi-open-air hot spring house. Located in the mountains and forests, it is perfect for summer with cool temperatures. The waiters are very kind.

It is located on a mountain, so in summer it is only about 22 degrees, which is very cool and suitable for hot spring baths. The private open-air hot spring is so nice👍it's very peaceful here! Dinner is sukiyaki with all you can eat rice. Breakfast is simple Japanese food. The food was just average, but the room was very big with two bedrooms.

It was very clean, the staff were considerate and friendly, and the service was excellent. The location was also great, being in a national park, and a quiet place surrounded by nature. As for amenities, you had to bring your own bath towels and toothbrushes. The bath was a hot spring, which was nice, but since it was mid-winter, the changing room was extremely cold.
